Rooms are very small and over priced by 2 times. Warms and insects. Bathrooms were not good. No hot water fecility. Car parking was not good. Far from the rooms and we need to carry the luggage for almost 300-400 metres.

No windows in dormitory, no locker facility. Walking path to venue is horrible. Can’t possibly to walk elderly people.

Quality of food was very disappointing. I was told that they do not serve breakfast but whip up coffees, teas, toast and omelets if guests request. They served toasted cheap sweet bread. French fries was good. Lunch and dinner food is absolutely not worth the price.

Accommodation was ok but you'll find cheaper and better stay options in Om beach. Morning staff asked us to checkout at 10am when the booking.com reservation confirmation we received clearly states the checkout time is 11am.

Since it's raining now, the approach road is broken. Also, too many insects in the washroom, could have cleaned it before giving it to guests. But I understand these insects coming in big groups and it's difficult to keep it clean.

The staff members are really cool and the ocean side ambiance is mesmerizing. The food was really tasty please try chicken kebab I loved it the most. Nice place to be with friends

Pathetic condition of rooms. No AC. Absolutely no ventilation. Fans weren’t working properly.

First and foremost, i understand we went in the monsoon, but the access road to this place is nothing less of a hazard. It was entirely muddy and honestly be ready to balance urself and luggage through a narrow makeshift bridge out of wood to reach the place Secondly, the rooms were dirty and unhygienic when we reached. Be ready with tetanus shots to use the sink as it was completely rusted Thirdly, the top management seemed least interested to be there for the guests, as in the night god forbid any emergency happens they are not even in the property. There is absolutely nobody in the property for any help in the night Lastly, cannot use washrooms in the night ,not due to cleanliness but due to the fact that there won't be water. Someone has to physically come and switch on the motor whenever they want After charging 2k per person for a day, the least they should offer is water, no matter it's off season or not. This is not a place I would recommend anybody and just because the beach is in front doesn't mean the room doesn't matter

1]Property is charging extra for credit card payment ,which was not mentioned any where. before booking. 2] They have fixed wall mounting fan, air was not reaching the Bed.[ All rooms are Non AC ] 3] Room is not having any wardrobe for keeping clothes. 4] Water was not coming at morning 6 am and no attendants, to switch on the motor. 5] veg food is average. 6] You can not access other beaches, as no transportation available easily.

Beach is accessible with in 2 minutes. coffee is very good. Towels were clean. Public transports numbers are displayed.
