There was no hot water in the morning. The 1st floor looked like a Laundry workshop. There should be a place away from customer entry area for laundry management. The staff are very transactional and give you a cold stare with Yes/No answers.

For a Short stay if you run out of options, this is a good place close to Hotel Mercure.

No hot water from Tap in every room every one was completing. All rooms taps are bad in condition, loose in condition and broken in condition All power sockets in room was not working. Telephone was not working No electric kettle for drinking hot water Mosquitos was there inside room and was coming from bathroom broken windows No hairdryer inside room AC remote is also not working No laundry service No inhouse resturant and whatever they are food surving is have no good taste Wifi is not working properly sometimes no internet. It was really no worth of money I paid for five days stay. Even view from window was bad Such bad experience I have experienced in those five days People should think before booking on this hotel

Bathroom cleanliness. Bathroom accessories are very old, minor leakage and feel like low quality. Cleanliness at rooftop was not good however, breakfast area was clean. Entrance area was also not very clean. And its feel like only I stay in the hotel. During my stay, I am unable to view my fav TV channels due to some error which was not able to be fixed by receptionist as well.

I like comfortable interior. Also, Breakfast was very delicious. Staff is supportive. However, there are very few peoples only.

Our experience at this place was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, we were greeted not by hospitality, but by the sight of a man asleep on the lobby sofa—apparently the grand welcome we deserved. Our rooms weren’t ready, which, in hindsight, was a blessing, considering the horror that awaited inside. The bathrooms made railway restrooms seem luxurious, with a stench that could wake the dead. The bedsheets reeked, and let’s just say, if you ever dared to shine a UV light on them, you'd probably need therapy. The kitchen? Overrun by rats. Breakfast? A direct ticket to food poisoning. And the worst part? The bathrooms were so revolting, even in my weakest, most desperate moment, I couldn’t bring myself to use them. This wasn’t a stay—it was survival.

TV not working, lots of mosquitos 🦟 in the room and no allout is available. No power backup and light was available in morning time. Breakfast is not of good quality. They severed dosa n sambhar but sambhar is not hot and tasteless also. Blanket was torn.

Form arrival till departure everything is bad. Only one cook, so you don't get food on time. Staff with dirty cloths & don't take bath. Morning breakfast was ready at 8.00 am since the cook went to the market. There is no senior person to take care of the activities.

No non-veg food. Only eggs are served. No Bar. No swimming pool. Uber and Ola are hard to find in this area. You can use Fast-Track local cab. Autos are available reasonably.

Super Fresh breakfast . Hindi speaking staff. Large shower head. Romantic lighting. Super cool terrace with lovely star gazing. Cool nice breeze from far away lakes. Enjoyed every bit of the stay. Will visit again. Owners were very accommodative and upgraded my room without any additional cost.
