The staff are friendly however the soft handover to a different receptionist from day to night is pathetic. They have DND, room cleaning and Laundry indications (which is ingenious) outside each rooms but even when we had the room clean indicator turned on and informed the front desk to clean our rooms in the morning, it wasn’t cleaned floor whole two days and they cleaned on the day before our check out date. So well, coordination is bad.

Property is close to most of the accessible locations in Mysore and is in a peaceful neighbourhood. It’s clean and well maintained and the staff are kind and courteous. The food is however not that significant, given we chose a package that does not include breakfast

Little small rooms compared to other hotels. No paste,brush, shaving sets, dryer provided. Parking in front of the hotel is limited but they provide closed parking in their other buildings 250 mtrs away which has security all round.

There should be parking space near hotel or valet parking There should be a ramp to enter the hotel Staff needs to be proactive to provide all towels and toiletries . We had to ask to get enough items.

Breakfast spread is good, bit it's pure veg. It might be good to add eggs to the menu for non-veg customers. The restaurant at the top can be a bit crowded on weekends with the bar on one side and restaurant on the other; and they being interconnected is a bit awkward at times

Rooms are cozy. Location is at the city center. We had a car so wouldn't know the difference. Breakfast spread is good, bit it's pure veg. We tried dinner at the restaurant at top and it was very good.

Very small rooms and not worth the amount paid. Requested to give 2 empty plates and spoon to have food. Till the time I did check out requested plates and spoons did not turn up

The room size was very small. The sofa bed is very small for an adult. The restaurant does not have much variety. Most of the items on the menu was not available. The dinner that we ordered was forgotten by the restaurant and they closed it without serving us anything. Nobody was bothered even after complaining. We went to bed without having dinner that day. There was flushing sound coming from the neighbouring rooms. TV had only few Hindi channels

The property is quite close to the palace and the zoo. The room was very neat and the bathroom was very clean. The cost of the food items in the restaurant was very reasonable. There are other shops and restaurants near by.

The carpet on the corridor looked old and color Faded and does not match the standard of the hotel. In the room I stayed the safety chain of the door was broken .

We were redirected to a different branch saying that the one had "AC issues". The other branch had no restaurant and we had to pay extra for literally everything. Very inconvenient. And electricity went off in the morning for a very long time
