We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaIrresponsible- communicated and confirmedthe restaurant and reception for early breakfast a day earlier yet the restaurant staff in morning was unaware of the request. A 4-star rated property did not have fresh toileteries for each room. They put up a big dispenser for soap and shampoo for use of subsequent guests. Really unhygenic way of cost-cutting.

IndiaThe ac buttons are very confusing and had to get up multiple tim3s during the night to toggle to get the optimum temperature. I am not sure why remote controls are no longer provided as one needs to change during the night and have to get up.
The location was good, room size was pleasantly good and so we're the amenities in the room. Food portion size was also good during dinner. Breakfast spread, though not elaborate was good, and did get the personal care of omelette to order and fresh and warm puris.

United StatesThe pool was there but it wasn't clean and there were no facilities..such as chairs and towels. The food was mediocre. They do not accept non-Induan credit cards. The bar was loud and the bartender was incompetent. I would not stay here again. ThevTV system was inscrutable.
There wasn't much to recommend frankly. It's a new place. It has potential. The room was nice.
