WAOUW where do I start, worst hotel ever, been to 40+ country and even if I can do a lot and even sleep in a tent would be better than this hostel, my bed was full of hair and they didn't even care cause the bed was done, smelly bathroom and toilet who wasn't clean for days and when I ask does somebody can clean the bathroom and the room cause I was only with local in my room with girls who throw bundle of hair everyday which was 6 bundles of hair, the guy at the reception seems to be bother by me and send a girl to clean, the room was dirty cause if the room was cleaned everyday couldn't have been that much dirt and then left I ask again how about the bathroom ? somebody else came and just throw water and left dirty flip flop marks everywhere, I didn't ask again after that , I ask can you change my sheets full of hair the guy was like "yea yeah yeah yeah" and gave me those eyes, like girl you bother me. BESIDE the localisation who was great and "safe" because a guy who show me around said that he was working to this hostel but the guy wasn't and came out of the lobby of the staff so don't trust just anyone who say I work here, I would pay even more to not stay in this hostel cause everything is just dirty, behind my pillow it was full of dust I mean like thick of 3cm ! I dunno what else to say beside don't ever go to this hostel. I warned you. Nothing looked like the picture on booking.

The place was not maintained. Broken commode and small toilets, uncleaned beds and floors and definitely unmotivated staff. The breakfast is never available on time and is overly priced.

I liked the place only because of the fellow travellers i met and the location of the zostel. It's in the main area and near to many attractions

Didn't like the location where the zostel is placed. I stayed at gostops prior to this. Loved the old dutch architecture building. Zostel always picks the location with good light and view but this one was very disappointing. There is no natural light getting into the rooms or the common rooms. Didn't give a good vibe with the ambience.

All the facilities were good as expected. Zostel always meets its standard.

The toilets were in very bad shape , handwash liquid was not refilled, there were water leaking in almost all the taps , gazer was not working, had to skip taking shower because of that. The surrounding around the Zostel is so bad , its smells urine all around this place. The bed sheets and bed spreads had multiple stains in them ,it was like a shady hotel. I had been to this Zostel before it was good back then , now it is worst.
