Kitchen furniture and counter need patching or replacing.so seemed somewhat shabby. Downstairs restaurant and bar very noisy with people talking and music till early hours of morning.Needed to close windows to block out some of the noise level.

Easy check-in. Comfortable beds. Great location for exploring downtown and close to a variety of restaurants . Parking was free a few blocks away.at church.

Footsteps and chairs scraping in the room above were a little noisy but not too bad. There was half a toblerone and a pair of boxer shorts under the fold out bed/sofa in the living room so the cleaning could be a bit more thorough.

Central location, nice and close to shops, cafes, bars and attractions. There was a tv, kettle, tea, coffee and creamer. The apartment was warm and the water hot. The staff at the hotel were helpful and let us leave luggage for a couple of hours after checkout and helped us book taxis.

The initial impression was of a rather stark sitting area. It could have done with a bit of softening. But it was a small thing compared with how good everything else was.

The staff, including Alberto, were brilliant - responding promptly to queries. Friendly welcoming and very helpful, The apartment was as described. The bedrooms were comfortable and nice bathroom.

The extra bed is an uncomfortable and noisy sofa. The sound insulation is very bad. We heard a lot of sounds coming from apartments around us.

very friendly and helpful staff. clean and modern apartment. great location! unfortunately we found the beds rather uncomfortable (both the double bed and sofa bed). but overall experience was positive.

the pillows were awful. not sure if it is different in the hotel. some of the worst I’ve come across. also at the back of the apartments was a small building site and due to the wind several things weren’t tied down so made a loud noise.

Our apartment (702) is on the 1st floor and there’s constant banging and furniture dragging noise from upstairs unit throughout the night. The was also loud music being played in the middle of the night

As mentioned, noise, preventing sleep!

Location was great, apartment was very good, … all good expect for the intolerable noise at night. Street bar just below, very very loud club music till 3:30am Friday night then till 4:30am Saturday. The apartment itself I would give top rating too, but sadly I would never stay there again for mentioned reasons. If you like clubbing, go for it. If you have a family, avoid. Hope that helps.

Beware of Party House across the street. Will have parties long into the night till 3-4 a.m. with loud music. Not even noice cancelling headphones will drown out the noise. When addressing this to reception desk, we were told that we should have expected some noice by booking a room in the old city.
