Building and facilities rather tired. When NE wind blew, massive icy draft from shower vent into bathroom and through large gap at foot of bathroom door. Room otherwise stuffy and poorly ventilated in basement

Everything! This place gave me such a cozy vibe since the first moment. You can smell CLEAN everywhere even though people cook. Staff is cute and helpful. Breakfast is good. You can use the kitchen anytime. You have teas and coffees for free. We cooked our own dinner everyday and we were alone: we felt like it was our own house. The village is so quite and relaxing. Shower is hot, the room is sooo cozy and clean. Easy and fast check in/out. I want to come back for sure. Thank you!

Nothing! It was a great stay. I suppose if I had to say SOMETHING, I would say the breakfast could maybe be a little better and more varied.

This hotel was very easy to find and right off the main road, with plenty of free parking. The room was very comfortable and the beds were perfect. I like that we had a sink right in our room. The bathroom was close to my room and the water was hot. It was a nice spot to stay! The people running the place were very nice. Very close to the black sand beach - gorgeous! Oh - and the nearby pizza restaurant with the black crust was yummy!

Many rules to follow so we felt a bit uncomfortable to even talk around the house and the super late check in which is after 5pm (we basically pay for half stay or less).

The room was a bit small but very cozy and clean, the house in general was actually.

No elevator. So taking luggage up was an issue.

It was a cozy home like place with personal touch. Breakfast was too basic.

We were not expecting a basement unit which is little bit cold. It would be nice to have cotton bedding. We could hear the wind from our room at night. But that is the experience of windy Vik. :D

Guesthouse is a beautiful building, the decorations at common area and our room are nice. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Location is good. We luckly saw norther light outside of the guess house.And the owner is very helpful and friendly.

Our room adjacent to the kitchen which was a little odd, however guests were courteous and quiet.

The breakfast was great and the beds were really comfortable. The room was spacious with enough space to open 2 suitcases.

It was fairly basic, especially for the price. We were in a small, basement room and had no TV.

Our room was clean and it was useful to have access to a kitchen. The lady who served breakfast was very helpful and friendly.

Good location, walkable to everything in Vik. Older building. Helpful staff. We were comfortable. We ate at the end of breakfast and they were still refilling several items (tasty shrimp salad). Better than described in pre-Covid reviews.

The location was great and the parking was easy. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The upstairs rooms were airy, light and had excellent views. The shared bathrooms were large, immaculate and served only a couple of rooms. The breakfast was very good.

Communication before check-in was good. Comfortable beds and great location.

The traditional house is lovely. The rooms are a good size and there was a bathroom for two rooms on our floor. The breakfast in the morning was great. This is very good value for money considering it is in Vik which is always very busy.
