Missing shelfs by the bunks, especially those upper ones. So you have no chance to put a phone/bottle of water/glasses/access card anywhere. Microwave in the kitchen would be very helpful, it is missing now.

24/7 reception is a very good bonus, you don´t have to worry about anything, even if the flights are usually at night. Connection by bus from/to the airport is also perfect. Quiet place for work available, very good Wi-fi connection.

Pricing in Reykjavik is pretty ridiculous, which makes this place an acceptable option for those who don't like getting robbed. The staff is nice, beds likewise and the location is not too bad. 'Nuff said.

Nice clean hostel near a bus stop from the 55 bus from the airport. Basic kitchen, good lounge. Helpful staff, booked us a very good trip to the South.

I didn't like some people in my room, too loud or snoring all the time, but that's not Bus hostel fault.

Everything about was really good, ladies at front desk are wonderful, it's super clean and comfy. I would like to recommend it to everyone who's going to Reykjavik.

The shared bathrooms were a bit smelly, which is to be expected in a hostel.

Great for a one-day stopover; the bus connection to and from Keflavik with Airport Direct was very convenient. We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom. The room itself was small but comfortable enough.

It was very clean, and the rooms were large. It was a bit cold but the staff gave me an extra blanket, the staff were also very helpful in every way. Many booked tours also started outside the hostel which was nice

Cool, modern hostel within 20 minute walking distance to downtown Reykjavik. Double private room was super comfortable and spacious. The hostel is lovely and toasty, very clean and tidy. The shared bathrooms are huge, with excellent showers. Staff were polite and friendly, would recommend this hostel :)

The beds did not have sheets or a proper duvet to cover, only a small blanket, like an airplane blanket, which gave the impression that they don't wash it often and besides it was cold at night. For the price I think is mandatory to provide bed linen.

The bus from the airport drops you off there so it's very convenient for night flights. Bathrooms are ok.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They even booked me the bus ticket to the airport without additional cost. The hostel is quite big and there are plenty of bathrooms. The atmosphere seems to be very welcoming. I loved the fact that the night busses to the airport are leaving from this hostel, so I didn't have to get up earlier than initially thought. I stayed only one day, so couldn't explore all the offers, but it seems that they also organise bus trips to Blue Lagoon from the hostel.

Staff extremally friendly and helpful. The place is clean. Even though there were many guests, there always was an empty (and clean) bathroom + toilet to use. Stayed in a 20 person room and for the price paid I must say I'm very satisfied. Reccomend it to anybody who needs a cheap place to sleep in Reykjavik which in general is quite expensive.
