Everything is perfect. Despite being in a rather secluded location, my family and i absolutely love the house. The owner, helga, introduced his dogs to us which we loved!! If you love animals, this is a dream!

Though there was two toilets on the property, there was only one shower, which was a minor inconvenience when everybody was trying to get ready in the morning.

There was a petting zoo in the backyard which you had to pay for, but if we could see ducks from the sitting room which was nice.

We really liked all the amenities they had for us, from hot tub to laundry machine/dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and warm up our food and the beds were super comfy. We also loved seeing the animals on the farm, like the ducks and sheep wandering around. Helga was also very accommodating when we accidentally locked our key in the house as we were able to get a spare key from her next door.

Great and quiet location. Comfortable for a group 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 WC with 1 shower. Well equipped kitchen and nice comfortable living room to relax before bed. Since it’s part of the ranch, we got greeted with sheep in the morning!

Could use fresher coffee - wasn’t sure if pillows and comforters were feather. If so maybe a different option as many are allergic to feathers- myself included.

The property was beautiful. Situated on a lovely hill with a gorgeous view of the mountains and horses in the back ground on your drive in. The house is right behind an airport but we experienced no problems with noise during the stay. The house also came with plenty of towels and a washer/dryer.

That we only booked two nights. We could have stayed much longer.

This may have been our favorite of the nine places we stayed while driving the ring road. The location is exquisite. It’s extremely private and surrounded by snow capped mountains and farmland. There are comfortable places to sit and relax indoors and out. We all loved feeding and interacting with the animals.

The house was extremely charming and the owner very nice. Our teenagers loved interacting with all of the animals on the property. We loved using the hot tub at night and watching the setting sun change the color of the beautiful views!

It will be better if the house is ready before check in time. Some bedsheets were in the dryer when we reached.

It's really nice to see farm animals early in the morning. The kitchen is also well equipped and the rooms are clean.

We were there for 1 night as a group of 6 people. Wonderful location! It's not in the middle of the town, so that was a big plus for us. Peace and quiet, cats, chickens and sheep around the house, and the best are horses right outside the window! Something fabulous! The house itself is very large, has several rooms, and is very useful. Large kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There was absolutely everything needed for the duration of the stay. We highly recommend staying there in a rural atmosphere, it's beautiful!

I wish we could have stayed longer!

What a wonderful little farm stay. The guest house was very spacious, the jacuzzi was hot and ready when we arrived, the hosts were very friendly and allowed the kids to visit the horses in the stable. The property had toys for the kids, a highchair at the table for the baby to eat, and very comfortable home-like charm to it. One of our favorite stays during our Iceland holiday.

Great proximity to Egilsstadir and surrounding locations. Good base location for 2 days. Loved the views, size of home and watching the farm animals.

The owners were unreachable via texts, nobody was there to assist us. When we first arrived the door was not able to open even though we managed to retrieve the keys. Eventually managed to go in through the back door.

Such a cozy little home with 3 bedrooms and one large living room. There was a snowmobile outside too but unfortunately there was nobody we could reach out to ask if we could utilize it. Lovely views from the bedroom windows and there was so much snow!

Doors don't open very well, also be aware that once the door is closed and you don't happen to have a key with you you won't be able to open it from the outside. I made that mistake.

The B&B with a direct view of the airport was very nice and the house was very large.
