Very quiet, on a farm. Sweet location at the end of a long road. Shared kitchen and large bath with 2 other rooms. Everyone was nice.

There wasn't a sink or access to running water (just 4 liters of water for 3 rooms), just a small sink in the bathroom. We arrived late, we couldn't wash our plates and then missed a few plates for breakfast. There is no cooker included.

The dining area can be a little noisy at times, because there is no carpet on the floor. Maybe something can be done to improve this?

The bedroom, bathroom and shower were very spacious and the beds were really comfortable! There was a laundry rack and a towel radiator, although the bathroom is shared. You can walk down the road and watch beautiful icelandic horses.

Everything about this guesthouse was wonderful. The host was friendly and made us feel welcome. As it is part of a farmhouse (the hosts live upstairs and the guests stay downstairs) there are only three rooms to rent. This means you have a lot of privacy, peace and quiet. However, due to its size, the accommodation is very basic in terms of kitchen facilities - there is no oven or microwave (you have to eat cold dinners and breakfasts).

Since it is a shared bathroom, our family needed to wait for our turn, although we were fortunate that we only needed to share with one other family.

The rooms were located on the ground floor of a farmhouse in a remote area (although the Godafoss waterfall was 5 minutes by drive). The owner, Stefan, was very nice and explained us everything. There was a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and plenty of dishes to use, as well as a big table where you could eat simple meals. The bathroom was big with a drying rack (which was convenient after going to the Thermal baths).

The bathroom is gorgeous; but, the shower, toilet, and sink are all within one room. So, while someone is showering or using the bathroom, there is no access to a sink.

The location is very convenient to the Myvatn area, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Stefan the owner is a very good man. He was very nice to have a talk with him watching at his horses and cows

Every rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Our hosts were very friendly. It's located at 2kms from Godafoss falls ans very easy to go to Husavik or Myvatn.

IT HAD BEEN NICE IF THE COMMON ROOM/ KITCHEN HAD BEEN SITUATED IN A PLACE WITH A WINDOW ESPECIALLY IF WE HAD STAYED AT THE PLACE FOR MORE THAN JUST THE NIGHT. EVERYTHING INDOOR WAS VERY SPACEY AND CLEAN AND WELCOMING. THE HOSTS VERY VERY FRIENDLY

There is only a single sink available in a shared bathroom. It's a problem when the bathroom is occupied - you can't even tank water. There is no dedicated kitchen - the shared space is used as a kitchen and dining room instead.

Big, comfortable room. Big and clean bathroom. You don't have to clean dishes after using them - the host takes them upstairs and returns them cleaned. The building doesn't look inviting from the outside but inside you can find everything you'll need. The inside looks pretty modern.

The rooms faced the communal area, walls very thin, could hear everything, woken up at 5.30am. no sink and no running water in the kitchen!
