Very comfortable and clean room, lovely restaurant with great staff evening food and breakfast. Two single beds put together to make a double is normally fine but the mattress heights were slightly different.

No laundry in the whole area.

The hotel was nicely furnished, with a small hot tub outside. Going to the hot tub seems more worth it than paying for the secret lagoon. Street lights were too bright and hence could not see the aurora around this area. Hotel food was expensive but good. There is a supermarket across the road that closes at 7pm. Room was nice.

very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, well-organized bathrooms, we had a problem with the drain in one room but the staff took care of changing it immediately. the hot pots available are very nice! I recommend!

We had direct access to the hot tubs from a door in our bedroom (which we were told) but we couldn’t get back in that way even with our room key (which we were not). The lighting at in the hot tub area is very sparse and dim. Nice for atmosphere but not helpful for walking on uneven pavement in the dark.

Great to have hot tubs open until 11pm. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, with a beautiful view out large windows.

While the hot tubs were great they could’ve been hotter and a little bigger. Also the outside seating area needs some heating so people are able to sit out without being very cold. Food in the restaurant is very expensive and very little vegetarian options.

Breakfast has vegetables! Unlike cold salad, the vegetables that includes mushrooms,pepper and zucchini serve as a hot dish makes the breakfast more healthy and yummy. The staff in reception is attentive, informative, professional in handling situations, smiling, friendly and yet efficient. Secret lagoon is in walking distance. The hotel is quite central for visiting most main spots. It's nicely decorated. The room is spacious. The bathroom is warm and well-equipped. One of the tea flavour in the room is ginger! It's rare in most hotels but this really makes me feel special. In such a cold weather I can make a hot ginger tea after a long drive in such snowy weather. I also heard that there was northern light last night!

Bit annoyed, having reserved in advance that the cost of the rooms had gone down considerably (by over £70). We also upgraded when we arrived but only difference was having access to the courtyard from the bathroom.

Hotel was lovely - looked a bit basic from outside but was lovely inside. Lots of room centred round quite a cute courtyard area with 2 hot tubs. Staff were lovely and friendly and the food in the restaurant was also good.

The hotel was clean and beautiful, and we especially loved the hot outdoor baths. The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us during bad weather. They made sure we stayed safe and comfortable while waiting out the storm. Overall, a great experience – highly appreciated!
