Lovely and very friendly staff, which went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Modern look. We had a meal at the restaurant, which was fantastic and in fact quite good value for money.

Fridge in room was making loud enough noise that we had to unplug it. Standard rooms have a view of “mountains”, which is mountains/parking lot.

The location is close and accessible to the nearby attractions. Comfortable beds and a sauna to relax in. They have Happy Hour to enjoy a drink and the beautiful view!

The quality food could be better, for both breakfast and dinner. There are no other restaurants nearby, so limited to eating at the hotel for the most part.

Views from the dining area are magical. Beautiful property in the middle of no where. Loved it for day trip to Husavik (did whale watching and puffins tour), Abysir Canyon, and Detifoss. Great base.

It felt a little bit like being in an episode of "Black Mirror", but in a good way. The restaurant is excellent and the food is delicious, but very expensive. Not sure about other options as the location is reasonably remote. There is a small supermarket in the nearby town and probably others nearby.

Contemporary hotel, amazing location, amazing views. Good value for money for the room. I paid not much more for a "Lake View" Room, which was really nice. We climbed the nearby volcano crater which is visible from the hotel. We didn't wake up after it got dark to see if there were any Northern lights outside (saw some later on in the trip) :)

I loved the room, it was modern and very comfortable. I also loved the free Sauna which made my stay much more luxurious. Additionally, unlike some other other Foss Hotels, this one had 24 hour staff so the Aurora watch was an excellent addition which made our trip.

Loved everything!

Loved loved loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of spaces for large luggage items. The receptionist informed us on everything we needed. We had dinner at the restaurant - 100% recommend. The food was delicious. Views from the communal areas overall were lovely. This hotel was a really good price, considering it had breakfast included too. Which was equally and yummy as dinner and had lots of options.

Situated on top of a hill, the hotel was very modern, chic and centrally located. The view from the dining area is a sight to see! the rooms are very clean, plenty of storage space, spacious, comfortable bed and linen, and available toiletries for convenience. The spa is a plus available for their guests!

The toilet paper is a bit too thin, almost "half ply".

Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and large. The crib was very good. The view from the room was perfect because it had been snowing for two days before It even had a small balcony trype thing. The restaurant was expensive but worth every penny. Staff was helpful and fun.

The roads leading up were not very plowed so we got the car stuck in the parking lot. Not a lot of food options or room service.

I love the breakfast buffet! So many options and delicious. They even had oat milk for your cereal! The rooms were very big. They were heated too much for my taste but luckily there was the option to open the window. We stayed during a snowstorm so luckily it was a nice retreat.
