IndiaTwo of the staff members were slightly rude to us and that was not appreciated well.
The property is absolutely breathtaking! We loved the hot tub and a dip in the river. We got the best room on the property and food was amazing. The reluctant chef even cooked up something vegetarian for us on day one. The cod and lamb on day two was veryyyyy tasty. We had a great experience in this 7 star property!!

United KingdomRoom: insufficient space to hang clothes, towels etc, specially when when - a few extra hooks and coat-hangers would have helped enormously. No drying room for wet clothes/boots etc Restaurant: Menu choice very limited, so that people staying more than one night need to repeat dishes. Orange juice ran out at breakfast on our first day, and wasn't available on the second morning. This is potentially an excellent hotel, but seemed slightly run down and undermanaged - I wonder whether it has been hit very hard by the pandemic.

PolandFirst of all I think that we got the worst room in our category and it wasn't fair. It was only side river view instead of river view. Our tarrase was a communication path for gueast and for a staff so no way to have a peace and intimacy. Additionally a tarrace was broken and it was a fear to stand on that. Plus: a staff allowed us to use a grass next to tarrace, hovever it was next to kitchen and it wasn't confortable. Secondly everything at this hotel should be improved. Windows and doors in very poor condition, rooms weakly equipped however a bathroom was good. There is disorder around, you dont have a feeling that at the holet is cleanly. Storage rooms and washing room are next to the wellness area, gueasts see a mess inside and a staff walking with a dirty laundry. Breakfast is very poor. Generally all below the standard of hotel 3* and a website and presented offer doesn't compliance to a reality. Completely below an expectation and not worth of a price.
Great location. Nice staff. Excellent swimming pools and hot tubes. There is sauna too, but be carefull - there is a glass and stone inside so you can burn yourself and there is only hot water in the shower next to sauna. It was suprising for me. Unfortunately hotel has a great untapped potential.

United KingdomRoom was boiling with all the heating on. We turned it off except the underfloor heating as you couldn't, we went out but when we got back it was still boiling. Could not leave door open as we could not wedge it open and it kept closing. The window could not be opened as it had been nailed shut. There was no cold water from the tap and we were very dehydrated. In the morning the hot water was not working. We did not stay the 2nd night as we had a terrible night that was really uncomfortable. The website says there is a restaurant but there is not.

What we liked: the location was amazing, right next to a river. The breakfast was good. What we didn't like: the room was a bit outdated and the bathroom was TINY - think tiny house living. I thought it was overpriced for what it was.

CanadaOlder place that has nothing luxurious about it, needs facelift. Can’t justify the $475 CAD / night. Our room too hot because sauna underneath and can’t open windows because of midges. Paid $120 CAD for two tenderloin WAY overdone; got a measly 15% off even though my wife and I left the meat on our plate. Had double quality for half the price at Hotel Stracta in Hella.

United KingdomIts just not a 4 star hotel despite the price tag! The room was pretty small and ours was basically next door to reception and as the whole of the front was glazed everyone could just look in as they walked past. The restaurant was closed in the evenings, no explanation given - we thought it was maybe because there weren’t many guests staying but then in the morning it was so busy at breakfast they couldn’t cope - there was nowhere to sit and they had to start moving furniture around, then they ran out of nearly everything so we had to keep asking for things like eggs, bread, milk and coffee, which were eventually replenished but it took a while as there seemed to be one poor girl running around doing everything. The baked beans were cold but we’d asked for so many things we didn’t like to keep having to ask, nor did we want to wait 20 minutes to have fresh.
Pretty location next to the river and ideally positioned on the golden circle. Hot tubs were lovely in the evening.
