Comfortable and clean, though it wasn't very soundproofed at the entrance door of the room since when people walked in the corridors I could hear them a lot. But that's the only negative thing I'd point out, otherwise everything else was perfect!

GermanyNice hotel close to the airport. Our room was spacious and very clean, the beds very comfortable. There is a Nespresso machine and a kettle. The bathroom is also roomy, clean and accomodating. Staff was very friendly, the morning shuttle service to the airport is nice (runs from 4-10 a.m., hourly, reservations are made through an easy online system). There is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel, the taxi ran us about 4800 ISK. However: While the hotel itself looks and feels inviting, even despite the generous renovations that are currently being made to the entrance and lobby, the walls are thin. The guests in one of the adjoining rooms unfortunately were up until about 2:30 a.m., laughing and talking where we could basically hear the whole conversation. Once they settled in, we could hear snoring through the walls without being able to pinpoint the exact room. Unfortunately, we are not the only ones to report noise complaints, so it seems that it’s not just that the neighboring guest were especially inconsiderate. Very unfortunate, because this would otherwise be a hotel that we would recommend.

United KingdomThe only thing to dislike was the construction work that meant we had to use the back entrance, however it's understandable. The room was great, breakfast was incredible, and the shuttle service to the airport was very good too. We also used the hotel's car rental service which made it so much easier to collect and return the car with children.

The rooms were spacious. The staff was helpful and allowed us to store items in the fridge bar as the rooms did not come with a fridge. Breakfast starts at 4 am which is very convenient since we had to leave the hotel by 5 am. Less than a 10 minute drive to Keflavik town.

GuernseyNothing stood out. The entrance is currently being refurbished so there was an alternative entrance around the back. There was building work taking place on the property but we couldn't hear any noise.
This had everything we needed for an overnight stay before our flight the next morning. The coffee machine pods were brilliant and the powerful shower was nice also! We ended up having a double bed and two single beds in our room which was really ideal as it helped us to sort out suitcases and luggage in plenty of space before our flight the next day. The free shuttle bus to the airport was also appreciated.

IndiaThe outside of the property has trash and and all kinds of unattractive things outside of windows and parking areas. It’s the only place in Iceland, where I saw trash all around. I understand that they’re undergoing construction in the front, but that does not explain why there’s trash all around the building and other places.
