I wanted washcloths and extra pillows.

Room darkening curtains were very effective, beds were comfortable, breakfast was very nice.

A little bit noisy. There was a leak in our room that required us to move, but the staff were very helpful. The room we moved to was designed for wheelchairs and had a very slippery floor in the bathroom en suite.

Close to the airport with free shuttle service made it easier and more comfortable to get our flight. The hotel offers everything for an overnight stay including early breakfast. The rooms are standard size, nice and clean. A small bar next to the reception and a small selection of snacks and drinks provide a 24h service, when flight times don't match normal daytime hours.

Nice comfy and good size room with fridge and kettle. Convenient location for early departure from Keflavik airport. Free shuttle is a great bonus. Big parking in front of hotel.

The airport shuttle buses can pickup the passengers from the airport and drop at the hotel.

Lack of information for bus connection from Reykjavik to the hotel on your website / airport. The bus conductor was unknown with the location!

Would have preferred two pillows without asking, but that's not a bit deal. A little more to choose from for breakfast...in the warm food category would of put this place over the top. Note, this is for being close to the airport, you will need to cab anywhere you want to go or have a rental car...no walking to spots.

Very responsive, professional and capable individuals working there. Great atmosphere and design with newer rooms and updated bathrooms. The restaurant had a great selection and service.

The bar closed early (11pm), which was probably good as we had such an early flight!

Perfect location for car hire and the airport. Shuttle to the airport was very handy. Rooms were lovely, modern and spacious. Our friend had one of the updated rooms with a really beautiful bathroom as well. Ours was nice too, but hers was super. Continental breakfast at 4am before our early flight was very welcome and lovely.

I had booked a room for 4 i.e. 2 adults and 2 kids. On arrival they informed that the room with 4 beds is not available so was offered 2 separate rooms. We were offered free breakfast as compensation :)

it is pretty close to the airport, so very convenient if you have an early morning flight. It has a plenty of parking and decent bar.

The rooms are very large/spacious and modern and the hotel is perfectly located for an early morning flight. There's a good pizza restaurant next door (not to mention everything in downtown Keflavik only a few minutes away) if you don't want to eat at the hotel itself and breakfast starts at 4am if you need to eat something before take-off. All we were looking for was a comfortable place to stay near the airport and this place was much more than that.
