United KingdomThe hotel is clearly going through renovations, their pictures only show the newly renovated rooms and we were clearly staying in an old room - I don't know if any renovated rooms are actually available. The room we stayed in was clean but very dated and in no way matched what was advertised that we were paying for. It was therefore very overpriced for what we got and the photos of what is available is misleading.
The room was very big, and the bathroom very well laid out and spacious. The free transfer to the airport in the morning was brilliant - super efficient and easy.

The area and hotel are unattractive, rooms are poorly lit, I had to always use my headlamp while in the room, and a persistent musty odor is unpleasant. Lugging bags late at night in the darkness and trodding through snow, while searching around buildings for an entrance door wasn’t fun.

United StatesThe exterior of the building and the lobby seem a bit old and worn. Despite the recent remodel of the room, the TV was very old (no smart functionality), the lighting was very dim even in the bathroom, and the mattress felt quite cheap. The staff was mostly very curt. They won't give you additional coffee pods, you must buy them at reception.
My partner and I stayed for 2 nights to be close to the Blue Lagoon (~25 min) and the airport (~10 min) for an early morning flight. There's free ample parking on site. The room was spacious and seemed to be recently remodeled, with nice bathroom finishes. Coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was fine

United KingdomA lot more basic than the website suggests. Site is under construction and the entrance was a muddy path, poorly signed and round the back. Lighting in the room was extremely poor. Breakfast was obviously layed out very early and hot dishes were dried out by the time we had breakfast.
