I find it pricey than expected.

This hotel is nicely designed, good room size and wifi worked well. Breakfast is worth it if you have a very early flight as they have a good variety and opens from 4AM. They have 24/7 reception and initially we had issue with our heater but their staff are very supportive and helpful to resolve it. It has an ample size of parking which is included, and very near to the airport (7-10minute drive). They also offer shuttle service but didn't avail so sorry got no info to confirm if its complimentary or with a fee. Good to stay in this area if you have layovers or early flights.

I could hear noises at night. The location is misleading as it's no where near the airport. I had to pay a taxi on New Year's Day so much money just to get there. They tell you they will pay for your shuttle to the airport but getting to the hotel itself was costly. There was nothing to see that night when I stayed there. There isn't even a direct bus to the Blue Lagoon.

The room was impeccable and comfortable. There was a bar and restaurant. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious.

The room was really big and so was the bathroom. Plenty parking and very close to the van rental we needed.

The main entrance was closed, so we had to use the back entrance. The entrance was not cleaned from snow and ice. Everyone had to drag their luggage through the snow and ice to get into the hotel. It would not have taken much effort for the hotel to clear the snow off the path to the entrance and use salt to clear the ice. Really inconvenient and lack of care. The room was noisy, you can hear guests moving luggage around in other rooms.

The hotel was noisey due to visitors coming and going at all hours for flights.

We had a very spacious room whch was perfect for 4 of us. The beds were comfortable and the location good for the airport with a good bus service. The was a large carpark.

Reception when check in seems not quite friendly, the television was not working, no fridge in the room but no major issue with that. It is a little bit far from the airport it took us about 15mins to come from airport by taxi as we travelled from city centre to airport and another 15mins to airport by shuttle bus.

Hotel looks modern, spacious with necessary facilities in the room, bed is comfortable, bathroom is nice and clean. They offered shuttle bus service to the airport at 4am which is convenient for us as we have our flight early morning.

Very little light, especially in the bathroom. The shower is only tropical from the ceiling, it is impossible to wash without getting your hair wet.

Spacious rooms, convenient location to the airport. Two coffee pods are provided to each room. Daily cleaning service. Great showers. Small bar serving drinks and snacks downstairs. Room was slightly cold but had a very effective heater in it.

Bar staff/receptionist weren’t confident in making drinks and seemed confused at a simple vodka and lemonade. Could possibly have more leisure / well being facilities such as a gym or pool. Room temperature was cold and no way of turning the heat up

No problems, we were satisfied with everything.

It's functional, close to the airport, clean, and efficiently run. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle was on time.

However, the TV was subpar ( not that it's needed, but genuinely old TV, no HDMI, no air-play or screenshare ) , no minifridge, and there were clear heating noises being heard via the pipes or such.

I liked the closeness to the airport, the renovated bathroom, and the warmth of the room via heating devices. The food as the local restaurant was good enough, although given better weather we would have fared further for delicacies.
