Had I known I’d be on the third floor with no elevator I would have asked for a lower floor. It was the end of a three week trip and my luggage was heavy. The bedroom had a balcony/fire escape but it was not possible to open the window to get to it. It would have been nice to have a little laundry soap available in the laundry room.

The host was easy to work with. Gave timely info and responded quickly when I had questions The location was a short walk from the #11 bus and and easy walk to many good stores and restaurants. Also there was a nice laundry room available.

Well-stocked kitchen with plates, mugs, kettle, teas, pots, utensils, etc. I enjoyed the towel warmer in the bathroom very much, along with the hot shower. Bedroom was comfortable, with crisp clean bedding and plenty of natural light. Excellent location and reasonably priced.

Almost no toilet paper, almost no stuff for cleaning, microwave was located very high so dangerous to manipulate hot dishes.

The location was great. Self check-in is very convenient with the information mails the hosts have sent. Wi-fi was working properly. Beds were very comfortable and clean. We only stayed for two seperate days but the flat is perfect for long term stays, too. Feels like home away from home! ;)

Nice clean apartment, balcony, a little back from the road. Very central, walked all through Reykjavik center. No parking lot pertinent to apartment, but parking is easy to find on the street. I received very concise instructions per booking.com and email in advance. Fridge available, cooking is possible. I stayed only for a night, but it is spacey enough for a longer stay.

It’s a lovely apartment which is very well equipped. We slept so well because of the great location in a beautiful area of Reykjavík. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back.

Shower does not work TV does not work.

Though the apartment has great advantage of location the upkeep is not adequate.Interiors are old and some of them do not function properly. Handshower does not work. TV says cable signal not present ! Since it is unmanned it is not possible to easily complain and get it fixed..there were no cleaning staff through out our 3 N stay

Location is great, about 15 minutes on foot from the the bus terminal, and 2-3 minutes from the main street of Reykjavík. We also really enjoyed the warm temperature of the apartment upon arrival and all day long.

One night someone came in our room with room code. It should never be possible. Really scary. We stayed 5 days, and only one towel. In shower , hand shower was broken.

Obviously requires revocation. Ceiling was peeling, the rugs were very dirty. The rooms were very dirty, hair everywhere, even curl of hair in the towels!!!! All the surface/ counters are dirty, I wiped before I can use the place. Dust, biscuits crumbs... Bad security (they sent you the passcode of the front door but actually the door isn't locked) and very noisy (extremely poor sound proof). And you will never be able to reach the property for help. One-way communication...

The location is good. 3-5 min from the bus stop, 2 min to the Main Street and walking distance to the tourist spots. But since Reykjavik is very convenient, and you are always picked up and dropped off by your coaches, you don't really have to live in the centre given the price and quality of this property.

Even though the apartment is in the center, it's dead quiet at night, beds are super comfy. Also different thermostat settings for kitchen and bedroom are game changer

People upstairs having sex for 6 hours in the middle or the night. We didn't sleep for 3 days. Awful experience
