I love the variation and choices of food and breakfast. My husband loved the smoked salmon. It was nice meeting Bríet and Ágúst- we have the same birthday month. It's a homy place to stay.

It's a warm, welcoming and very clean place. The room was very cozy and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options. I really recommend this place.

Really friendly staff, large clean rooms and good breakfast. We had seen some older reviews that were not positive, but I think there has been a change of management as none of the concerns raised in those reviews were apparent.

The beds were so comfy after a long roadtrip. Complimentary hot drinks and microwave available. We spotted the northern lights and the owners turned off the lights outside so that we could see them better. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. When we come back we'd love to stay here again.

The staff was so kind and friendly. The utilities of the house were great, and they even let us use a private room so that we could fry our wet clothes. Breakfast was also great.

The guesthouse is located outside the city, which allows to see the northern lights! The staff was very kind and generous. They gave us advice on our routes and even informed us when the sky was clear for the northern lights.

The room size was much smaller than expected - basically there was a double bed, under the eaves, and a small table and chair with very little space to move around and low headroom for this taller couple. There was, however, common space outside the room.

The staff were lovely and welcoming; the breakfast was amazing - lots of variety - and the location was perfect for our trip. The kitchen was also useful, We knew that there were shared showers and toilets and were a little concerned that this might mean queuing for showers in the morning, but this wasn't the case even though the B&B was full. Everything was very clean.

The owner of the hostel was amazing, she was paying attentention to everything we needed, to see the northen lights, vegan options, to fullfill our needs and always very kind.

Lovely homely feel to this guesthouse, it had a large variety of teas in the little kitchen to help yourself too and breakfast was a wide selection that we very much enjoyed. In the evening the Northern lights were visible and the owner turned off all the lights in the carpark so we could see them better.

The road to the hotel is small. I missed it the first time. Had to drive 3/4 mile to make a turn.

The hosts were absolutely amazing. So helpful and so friendly. We got a knock on the door when the Northern Lights were spotted, tour of the property when we arrived, help with our suitcases from and to the car, and so much helpful information about the area. The room was quite spacious. Everything was clean. The breakfast had so many good options. The property was easy to get to and once the hosts turned off the outdoor lights, we had perfect darkness for viewing the Northern Lights. We would definitely stay here again!
