The Hotel is a really nice place to stay. We found the staff really helpful. The dining room is in an excellent location with lovely views and the food is good. Would return.

The hotel was very nice, maybe the nicest we tried during our journey in Iceland. It is very close to the waterfall. Breakfast was really good, and the restaurant had a good proposal (in line with the other restaurants in Iceland).

The breakfast being included was a huge bonus as there weren't a ton of restaurant options in the area. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was delicious! We also enjoyed the common area since we were a group of 6 and were able to socialize afterwards before returning to our own rooms.

With a big backyard and balcony at the hotel. Can saw the aurora from the window of the room. Amazing stay at the hotel. When occupies some more days. There are hot bath pool and sauna room. Also, can make dinner and breakfast in the room.

Small place but excellent location if you want to see northern lights. There is nothing nearby so if you want to eat be prepared to pay hotel prices ( although it’s very pricy as everything else in Iceland that food was absolutely amazing, freshly prepared, vey tasty and well seasoned )

Lady at the reception was absolutely amazing ( think she was Romanian) she couldn’t do enough for us and nothing was problem. She offers to us wake up call ( know on the door) if northern light will appear and she did. Thanks to her we got to see them.

the dinner at the restaurant was costly for "European standards" although in line with the Icelandic standard; however, the overall food experience was not the greatest.

breakfast was nice with adequate variety of food provided. Room was clean and adequate in size. "aurora warning" service worked and allowed us to see the no. 1 reason for our trip close to the North Pole Circle

Selection of food at the restaurant was not great and was quite pricey.

Excellent location for a stop on the golden circle, about 5 minutes from Gulfoss and has parking. Bed was incredibly comfortable after a long day.

Remote but beautiful location only a few minutes by car from Gulfoss falls. Modern, clean hotel with a nice lounge and dining area. Food was absolutely superb. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff even offer a Northern Lights 'wake-up' service so you don't miss them (cloudy when we stayed unfortunately). Would highly recommend.
