Perfect place for watching aurora. Very nice, specious and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Hot tube and barbecue. You are out of nowhere. Maybe some horses will be your neighbours and aurora in the sky.

Some rooms need some tlc, we could not find a washing machine even though it was listed. Sofa is a bit worn out and not very comfortable. But these are minor things.

Very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen fully equipped, access was easy and host very responsive. Beautiful views all around. The outside looks run down but inside is very nice.

I wish there was sugar and creamer. I also think it is best to provide instruction for the coffee machine. Other than that, the place is great!

Love, love, love the location!! The place is clean and spacious. The instructions were clear , easy check in and out and the host is very responsice.

The location was right in the middle of nowhere with just animal friends and outside hot tub was amazing watching natures. Was a little bit worried it would be just old and country house but I was totally wrong^^

The directions given by the owner were good and accurate. He also let us know it was remote so no surprises there. The accommodation was good and the surroundings excellent. Icelandic horses, sheep and birds to keep you occupied.

The wilderness outside, fantastic views on the ocean shore with Icelanding horses running around. And all that could be done while soaking in a hot tub on the terrace - what would you like more?

Spacious, clean and the host is helpful. There’s a big window inside the room which is great. The house gives you a vibe of lonely planet lol. Love here We didn’t have enough hot shower for 8 people but I guess that’s one of our members taking too much hot water away. Host answered me pretty fast, and send lovely parent here to check. Thanks for everything

Very nice rural atmosphere with a beautiful kitchen, clean hot tub, pretty views, and comfy bed and responsive hosts when we had a question about Wifi.

It is remote. That was not a con to us but it was definitely further out than I expected.

Lovely cottage set next to the sea. The house had everything we needed. Warm and comfortable. You can sit by the window and just watch the horses. We visited in winter and it was an excellent place to view the aurora.

Shower enclosure needed some maintenance and we had struggled to get the key box to close, resulting in wrath from the cleaner that we hadn't left minutes after departure time although we were totally clear of the accommodation. The location and property overall is really good, so I was sorry we were not able to extend our stay due to prior follow-on booking. One issue is that Garmin and Google Maps were disagreeing at the final route - take the left fork in the road before the farm at the top of the hill !

Although looking a bit weatherbeaten externally the property is renovated internally to a very high standard and has well-equipped kitchen. The owner was helpfully communicative in responding to some enquiries. The quiet rural location is superb.

Fantastic Location,peaceful getaway on an otherwise hectic trip. Horses,goats and lots of birds. The hot tub was awesome and helped to soak away the soreness of many hikes in the cold. Our host was so kind and allowed us a early check in. Please bring all of your food, there are plentiful condiments and tea and coffee. But you are far away from the grocery store here.

It was a long drive to get to the house from the main road.

The house was a large size for our group. It was very comfortable and had several sleeping options. There was a washing machine, but we did not need it. It was a great value.
