You get shampoo and conditioner but you don’t get body wash ! A female staff is rude , you greets her in the morning or passing by , she responds with a stare or pretends not to hear you. One male staff rolls his eyes if you ask few questions about checking out. The best staffs there was the guy that checked us in and checked us out. He even offered us some free coffee as we waited for our coach back to the airport. This friendly receptionist originally was from Moldova.

Location. Not far away from the Main Street and there is a food court nearby which you can get food after a long day tour ! Many restaurants closes around 9pm.

Best breakfast I had with lots of options for vegetarians. There's a game room as well as a room for relaxing. There's also a northern lights wall to take photos. Curtains are completely black out which is great! Underground parking.

Convinient location, few steps from busy streets. Many attractions you may reach by foot. Bus stops very close if you want to use public transport. Unlike to some other downtown hotels, you may order pick up from hotel in msjority of tours. Breakfast is a big plus, having in mind prices in Reykyavik. Rooms are comfortable, we had room at the corner, very big bathroom and spacios room for two. We were able to check in earlier, if room is ready, they allow it.

The only minor issue we had was that the fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to work.

The hotel has a very good price quality ratio. The room is very modern and you can walk easily to the main streets of Reykjavik. The parking place is also provided, so a very good breakfast with several options.

Stayed during renovations and therefore were disturbed a few times early doors and didn't see it in it's full glory. They did provide a complementary drink as compensation.

Some of the fixtures in the bathroom needed fixing but mostly minor stuff.

Staff were very kind; location was excellent for sightseeing both the capital and the surrounding areas. The hotel is located within 10min walk of the city center and its main sights, but it is also close to some of the main roads making it easy to leave Rejkjiavik for excursions. The availability of a garage was great while also there was free parking available within a 200m. The breakfast was great value for money and there are several supermarkets within 10min walk for extra items if needed. The bar is a lovely place for gathering and chatting and there is a game room with a billiards table, which was a fun way to relax in the evening. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable too.

The breakfast could have had more selection. No yogurt and the toasters were slow or broken.

The staff was helpful, they had a renovation ongoing at the entrance and we got a few vouchers to the downstairs bar as compensation. The renovation didn't disturb the stay.

Our room was a bit outdated. The hotel was still under construction, but that wasn’t mentioned anywhere.

The sheets were very worn and had holes in them and the tv only got about 3 channels.

Although we asked for a double bed we still only got 2 single duvets it would have been nicer with 1 big double duvet. As the parking is underground, the slope it is on can be very scary and slippery (if travelling in winter) it needs to be gritted daily as we got stuck and the garage door shut on us but my partner ran to get help and they assisted straight away. It seems there is only underfloor heating in iceland which is nice but we was not able to control the temperature so it was a bit colder at times.

The Hotel was a short distance from Town which made it perfect to see Reykjavik. Staff were really friendly and helped with everything. Was able to check in early. Breakfast was good was mostly continental- meats /cheese / fruits / cereal / porridge / bread and a nice coffee machine. Parking is underground kept car safe. It's a perfect stay for visiting the capital. Would go back =)

There was construction near the hotel so parking wasn't great but the hotel gave instructions on how to use the garage which worked out.

Breakfast was accessible. The rooms were a bit small but clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive. Overall a great experience.

Just a warning … the hotel hosts Big tour groups, so the breakfast room can get a bit hectic at times.

Location was great, near the main street (Laugavegur) where you will find all shorts of restaurants, shops, etc. Having a garage was also a very positive thing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable despite being a bit small.

Currently doing some work in the area so scaffolding next door with work men passing our window. Not a big issue but worth being aware of. Carpark was full, but Street parking available near by.
