A bit older, needing an update. It had all of the necessities and very adequate, but not a wonderful experience. The front of the hotel shared a narrow street with a very loud bar across the street. Not easy to get a good night sleep until 2:00 am.

Very good location to the main part of the city. Close to many great shops and restaurants.

Clean hotel with very friendly front desk staff, do bring earplugs though, as the people from the Irish pub across the street seem to be incapable of respecting quiet hours. Location is very good, every major attraction is walkable from there.

The entire hotel needs major upgrading, especially the rooms. One of the bedside drawers was broken. For hygienic reasons, we didn't like the shower curtain touching us inside the tiny shower stall. The hotel should consider installing glass doors. The liquid soap dispenser wasn't working. We had to ask the front desk twice to have it fixed.

The hotel was centrally located and was close to bus stop #14. We were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast was good and consistent. It wasn't fancy or anything, but we were satisfied.

The hotel offers excellent facilities. To enhance guest experience, management could consider introducing different breakfast options, especially for guests staying over two days, preventing monotony in the menu. Mr. Farouk, the supervisor, is notably accommodating. Furthermore, Muslim visitors will find convenient halal Turkish food restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, a tourist bus stop (No. 6) is easily accessible within a 10-15 minute walk.

Room was very small. Didn’t love that there wasn’t a full proper shower because the bathroom got flooded every time we showered

We requested a room move as the bar across the road was very loud until the early hours. The new room was lovely and peaceful.

location is the best of my trip these days staying in Central kloop. the reason why i didn't rent a car i can meet my tour guide at bus stop 6 only few minutes away distance. the room is warm and comfortable bed i got great sleeps the room is not big but suitable for me for solo trip.

Helping you find a tour was GREAT. It is 3 blocks away from #14 pick up spot for Flybus! There is Restaurants, bars, little convenience store and stores all over.

location was great ! just a walk away from parking, sometimes we got lucky and parked right in front of the hotel. Bfast area was always clean... staff very friendly. Honeymoon suite was nice to have a double bed -but need more breakfast variety please - after 5 days the bfast does get a bit boring. Loved the bfast in bed option but as I mentioned a variety would have made the experience so much nicer!

Bathroom faucet dripped (loudly) and window shades did not completely block out light. Room was for me quite overheated, but, I could open the window. Unfortunately, could not leave it open due to street noise.

The room was facing an Irish pub, with live music till late at night. The hotel provides earplugs, but it would have be better have better soundproofing windows.

Super central, few meters from both bus station 14 and 6. The room was ample, clean and with all the necessaries. The breakfast was good with a balanced offer of sweet and salty options. Special mention to Farooq, the receptionist, and a special host for the hotel. His service, professionalism, ability to interact and put the guest at the centre are brilliant. His presence and personality granted a service the exceed all expectations and that made us feel at the same time special and at home.

The location is great and the staff was super friendly, very polite and even offered suggestions about seeing the northern lights, etc. My room was on the corner facing the street, so there was some weekend noise, but that is part of the great location! The cleaning crew was also very accommodating and friendly.

The staff of the hotel is amazing! Friendly, helpful, always took the time to explain, assist and solve any issue or question i had.. The hotel is very centrally located, in a relatively quiet street.. The hotel was clean and comfy with a 24 hour front desk Would definitely recommend!
