I forgot tuning off my car’s headlight when I arrived the hotel. The car was unable to start in the morning. The employees were very kind and positive to fix the problem. They help me recharge cars battery in very few minutes. I didn’t wait too long in the cold day. I really appreciate them!

The rooms are impractical. There is no storage space for clothes, the heater is hidden behind the bench (inefficient and heats the windows, not the room), there is nowhere to dry your clothes or shoes. The shower lacks shelves, storage space.

Amazing staff service, rich and tasty breakfast, excellent cooking. Beautiful hotel. You can play darts, table tennis, games, ... the staff can advise you with information about the location.

It is very comon to have linoleum on the bath floors in Iceland. However, for us as continental guests it always has a bit of a cheap feeling though.

Very stylish hotel. EV-charging stations unblocked and for free. Situated next to the lake (Myvatn). Staff at reception was very nice. We took dinner and it was fancy and very good. Breakfast was ok for (high) islandic levels. Someone could make his own waffles which is nice if you like it.

The room has glass windows that provide a clear view of the beautiful outdoors. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the breakfast options are diverse and delicious. Everything here is wonderful!

There are tiny midge flies in Myvatn. You need to wear a head net which the hotel sells at the front desk. We stayed in Room #59 downstairs the last room on the corner on 8/29-31. We had 2 windows; one did not have a screen, the larger window had an interior screen with a velcro bottom where you open the velcro piece to access the window handle. The velcro did not close all the way and midge flies and large biting flies could come inside. We could not open the windows. When we were checking out we told the front desk our room was very warm and about the window issue. They stated that we could have asked for fans at the front desk. Wish we knew that before check out. I did tell them they need fans already in the hotter rooms. We should not have had to ask.

The hotel is very nicely built, very modern comfortable. The common area has a bar, lots of comfy seating with plenty of couches, tables and chairs with big windows and gorgeous views. The restaurant has great food and nice wine both low and high end. The rooms are very small with a tiny bathroom. They are efficient and there is enough space for two people to rest with enough room for their stuff. Reading lamps and a shelf on each side of bed. Comfy beds and enough towels.

Clean, modern property with beautiful views and a great breakfast, including hot foods and waffle maker. Appreciated that the open shower is designed behind a wall so water doesn't get all over the bathroom floor.

Beds were slightly hard and the midges were almost unbearable lol, but otherwise a great property.

Modern and comfortable room with the lake view so it was enough to sit and enjoy changing views outside. Very good breakfast. I was happy because I could do waffles by myself.
