Showers were only on the first and ground floor, so we had to go down to shower which was not ideal. Kitchen has a strange smell and didn’t feel very clean.

Good location, and the room at beautiful views. Kitchen is well stocked and has many tables to sit at. Bathroom is fine.

WiFi didn't work on the first floor and had very weak signal in the basement floor. No showers on the first floor. Not enough bathrooms for fully occupied accommodation.

Had a cold Amityville feeling, showers were all over, the guest kitchen in the cellar was dark and power worked on a timer button.

The room wasn't that clean and the toilets/shower facilities were a bit run down / tired, but it served our needs well for a one-night stay.

A convenient hostel very close to the sights of the Golden Circle – Thingvellir National Park and Geysir. A comfortable stay here with our family. The room was quiet and the breakfast was generous.

The facility is a little bit run down, with a few dim or flashing light in the common area. One of the toilets on our floor got a sink with dirty water, and the bathroom next to the gym had bad smell. Overall it’s good value for money.

We have a room with two single beds, and two bunk beds. The beds are comfortable. It’s quite roomy and warm. The breakfast was quite nice with quite many choice of food from 7-10am. Few of the accommodations of similar price range include breakfast.

Check in took over an hour, it would have been better to be able to check in on arrival.

The shared facilities were ample, and comfortable. The breakfast was unexpected, and delicious. The property is well designed, and efficient even without a 24/7 front desk. Well Done!

This hotel was so creepy (especially the toilets)… just like staying in a haunted house. The shared kitchen was horrible. Nobody was taking care of it. Never living here again.

A little bit cold in the room, element worked strangely, lived it's own life. Sheets were clean, but may be cos they old on the first glance they seems to be not. But they are :) A few dead flies in the room on the floor. Not a big deal, but still

When I booked, it stated “breakfast included”, however it wasn’t included and it was very disappointed. Also, the guest house is soulless. The mattresses were good but beds were small. Also the room was ok, but extremely basic. Finally, we didn’t meet any staff. For the money paid, it’s not good value; for the same price in other Icelandic hotels, you could find much nicer rooms and breakfast included

Very very little visitors, so we had almost the whole place for ourselves. Kitchen facilities were good to prepare dinner/breakfast.

we were traveling with five people and I was told by booking that I would need to get two rooms. when I got there I had six beds in the room and the staff and manager said that they could not help to refund for the extra room so I paid for a room that wasn't needed.

Quiet location close to relevant activities in the area (national park, gas station, supermarket etc.) Staff was not on site but easy to reach via direct messages, always friendly Guest house is well maintained with spaceous kitchens and a sports hall. Great for families!

Hey, I lost my S pen for my Samsung phone. I've been calling the hotel about it since yesterday, but no one's gotten back to me. Yo, I texted them, but no one's responding. Their service is really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.
