Very comfortable hostel, with a nice bar space as well. Not cheap, but then again nothing in Iceland is. Good vicinity to all essentials, such as the bus stops for day trips. Nice bar.

Too many beds, mixed dormitory, men usually are more noisy than women. Especially last night a guy was super noisy, going in and out of the room literally every 30' slimming the door... This made my stay a bit less satisfying.

Really liked the place, the design, the atmosphere, the comfortable bed & bedding. The design of bunk beds with the separé curtain & nice design was very pleasant. Toilets relatively clean. An upgraded hostel overall. Staff was very nice & helpful.

All the staff were super accommodating, helpful and kind! We had to leave for a tour super early on the day of checkout so the employees arranged that our baggage was safely brought to the baggage room while we were gone. Reykjavik is not that big so we were able to walk everywhere within a maximum of 30 minutes from the Hostel. We were scared at first when we saw that we were sleeping in a 26 person room but the way the room was set up ensured that it was quiet and private. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are modern, clean and all you could ask for in a hostel. Absolutely recommend staying here! :)

sometimes there wasn't any toilet paper in the bathroom, so you have to check if there is any, before you get to business. the bed curtains aren't the best at blocking the sunlight, my bed was next to the window and it was pretty difficult to sleep with my small room so bright, but that's just in summer.

Great location, only stayed because the price was discounted, otherwise a bit too expensive for me, but if you have the money, this is definitely the place to stay, people there were talkative and I got to meet a lot of nice new friends.

I was in a mixed room. I am not sure if they offer private female rooms, but I would prefer that in the future.

The aesthetics of this hostel are very nice. I LOVED the private bathrooms, but I could see this becoming an issue as it gets busier. When I stayed, it was a fairly new property and not fully booked. It truly looks like the nicest hostel available right now in the city. I was given a tour to explain the facilities when I arrived. Check in and out was easy. I would stay again!

Everything was completely perfect, all with your privacy in mind but so many options to connect with other travellers. Seperated bathrooms, a blind to cover your bed, corners in the dorms, a beautiful bar, so on. Definitely a shoutout to the lovely staff! Thanks for the pleasant stay and relaxed beginning of our travels.

I liked everything. I am a Nordic Hostel fan.

Great location, pleasant staff, clean facilities, safe, near several bus stops, near public geothermal pool, easy access, free towel, warm covers, comfy bed, nice & quiet at night. The individual cubbyhole design with each unit having its own light, storage space, and pull-down sun shade for privacy is brilliant. Even though each large room contains many units, the privacy/sun shade offers a welcome sense of solitude.

The heater was not working on my last day, so it was very cold by that time being.

The bedroom is silent and heatered, the bed is comfortable, the floor is carpet, there are shared bathrooms but private for your single time use, they were always clean. The accomodation itself was very minimalistic and beautiful. The access is made by door codes, without the need for a key or people. The baggage lockers were good in space and a key was provided for it

Little thing - some of the bathrooms have old, traditional locks that aren’t the best. Someone from the outside could still slightly open the door while the bathroom was locked as as the locks leave a little gap.

The property looks very modern and is in a perfect location close to city centre. Really liked the layout of the beds with a little desk provided for each bed and curtains that go all the way down. The staff was also very nice and helpful when I wanted to extend my stay.

Nothing bad to say, I really enjoyed my stay and will be sure to come again if I ever end up back in Iceland - or should I say when I end up back in Iceland.

I could not recommend this place enough to anyone visiting Iceland. The rooms were so quiet and clean, and I felt private as I had a blind, making my bed feel nice and cozy. The bathrooms are what you would see at a 5-star hotel, and the overall vibe was just amazing. It is a great price and an amazing location. I could not recommend it enough! My mum, who is heard to be pleased with the accommodation, said that even she would stay here! I was also a solo traveller, and I felt very safe! And all my belongings safe, and the locker under the bed just made everything feel secure
