Lovely hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet! Easy to self check in, clean room, comfortable bed.

A smooth self check in accommodation. The facilities is complete - there is a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, oven, and electric kettle with complete utensils The place is spacious and clean! Especially the bathroom! Our stay was really comfortable because we did not feel cramped in a tight space. The breakfast is okay. A little variety would be good but regardless it was good. Plus points for syrup pumps for coffee! The location is 2 minutes from bus stop and a pick up point to almost all tours if you opt for it. Overall, it was a perfect stay. Would definitely recommend!

They did not send us a code for parking which created a problem there. We had to go in and get the code from a staff. Hassle and time waste otherwise no big deal. There was no reception, only a bar where we had to ask for help. Parking spaces were pretty tight and there was only one narrow passage for driving in and out.

The room was big enough, had two beds and a small sofa. Staff was cheerful and helpful. There were two big glass windows with a nice urban view. There were supermarkets and shops nearby.

It would have been nice to have the eggs done differently every morning, instead of just scrambled.They were nice, but maybe have them fried aswell every other day. One morning the scrambles where very hard/solid... It would have been useful for at least a chair in the room and a small table..., a foldable one due to the small size of the room.

All the ladies working at the hotel were lovely, starting with Patricia, Daniela, the other ladies at breakfast/reception and housekeeping. A very big THANK YOU. We arrived around 9:30 , 10 am and luckily the room was ready to check in 30 mins from then. Good variety of breakfast items, enough for anyone to choose from. I enjoyed most of them, especially the breads and the milk. They were absolutely delicious! Icelandic milk has the taste of proper country milk. My partner particularly liked the DIY waffles. To get to town we used the local buses. They are quite frequent and enough routes to take you were you need to get.

Window sound insulation is not the greatest especially the hotel is located next to the driveway. Wall and door sound insulation can do some improvement too, the doors accessing to the staircase are not soft-closed so whenever someone go through the door, you will definitely hear the bang when the door closes. If your neighbours are having a loud conversation, you will definitely hear that as well.

Great location with underground parking, close to the shopping mall and very accessible to downtown. Good size bathroom and lots of space to leave your items. Fridge, microwave and water boiler are available in the common area.

The only thing about lack of reception/staff is having no one to report noisy guests to! The mini fridge could have had some water in at least.

Modern, nice rooms and hotel was warm. Breakfast has a good selection of sweet and savoury options. Free parking. We had no issues with parking, there are only 16 spaces but you can squeeze another 3/4 cars along one of the walls.

The entrance door of the path to carpark was locked suddenly in the noon time and evening without notification. It makes us not convenient to go to carpark. Needs to improve.

Bed in my type of room was thin but comfortable. I liked this hotel very much.

It's very well organized and clean. Breakfast is top notch and the Icelandic Lamb soup is the best. Parking garage which keeps your car warm in the winter.

Can be noisy during the night, but they provide earplugs.

Clean rooms, good buffet breakfast, bus stop just 1 minute away from the hotel. Plenty of shops around, good place for take away pizza. Kettles are available on request with coffee and tea. No fridge in the room but there is one in every floor where you can keep your stuff with the room number. Helpful stuff.

Kitchen without oven, it’s a small thing but for whom wants to prepare quick meals is a must.

Easy access as in we are provided the access code by email, no long check in. Parking is great. Apartment super clean.

Good looking, stylish hotel, not far from the city centre. There is a garage, so we did not have to pay for the parking. The self check-in system is making the process flexible. The breakfast was good, there were a lot of meals to choose.

The bedsheet were not done while cleaning which was not a big minus at all as it was overall a beautiful hotel.

No downside for me

Location was great with bus service at doorstep to many locations rather than expensive taxi's. Plenty of shops and restuarants close by to walk to. Breakfast was extensive buffet style.

Parking. Car park is not big enough for all customers. One evening was stuck driving around trying to find a not private space which is harder than you think.
