It’s a little outside of city center but only a 15 minute walk

The hot water has a sulfur smell. Other than that our stay was excellent.

Our room was a two level loft arrangement with two beds down and three beds upstairs with plenty of room for my family of four. Both the bathroom and sleeping areas were clean and tidy. The beds and bedding were very clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a complimentary coffee machine in the breakfast area and served cake in the evening. The breakfast served was very good and had a decent selection. They have a recreation room with ping pong, fuzz ball, axe throwing and other games to play. The hotel has its own parking lot of you are coming by car.

Using the shower was a challenge; controlling temperature of the water was difficult and the shower curtain didn’t really keep water from getting out on to the floor. This was only a minor inconvenience.

Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the cake service in the evening.

The space was not totally ready for us, but it worked out fine.

Breakfast was great. They overbooked but fixed it before we arrived, and the staff was very helpful in explaining and making the new space work.

Nice room with 2 level. One for bathroom and leaving and upstairs for the beds. Good landscape by Window looking the mountains in front of reykjavik. Location position is perfect to go to the downtown on foot within 5 minute.  Reccomended for short period to Reykjavík

Shower had an odor from the hot water, shower curtain would blow against your body when showering.

Large rooms can accommodate 5 people with single beds. Breakfast was really well done, eggs were uncooked soft boiled eggs. Everything else was very well done. Rooms were comfortable. There is a smell of sulfur from the hot water but not the cold water. Close enough to downtown to walk about a 1km walk

The breakfast was disappointing considering the cost for living here for 3 nights. The smart-tv in the room couldn't turn on when we came at night and my son wanted to watch a little tv, because there was no power to it. I said it at the front desk and a the sweet employe found a wire. But we still couldn't use it at all because it needed all sorts of installments, codes - the television was new, we were told, but clearly they hadn't made it ready for guests to use. I said it when we checked out, so hopefully they will fix it.

Spent 3 nights here with my son. We had a large room, two floors. The room was clean and the bathroom nice aswell. About a 30 minute walk to the old town of Reykjavik. Grocery stores very close to the hotel. Plenty of parking spaces just in front of the hotel. Free cake at 5PM everyday and a machine where you could get coffee all day long for free.

The shower is small and you have to get used to the mineral smell of the shower. Need a hook for towels and the light went out over the sink.

The location was a bit remote from the center. The shower cabin very small and the bathroom had little place to put your stuff and to hang your clothes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room big enough en bed was fine.

It was a little far from the tourist area, but we enjoyed the walk and safety is not a concern whatsoever.

Well appointed room with a nice view. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast, all day tea and coffee, and afternoon cake was wonderful! Very nice touch!! Parking was extremely convenient right out front. We would definitely stay here again.

Kids mentioned that upper level room was bit stuffy. All beds were comfortable but it is possible the room heat rises up and windows were cracked open in lower level. Someone had mentioned that take a small fan to get air moving but it would be nice if hotel provided fan to move the air

We stayed in quad room on 3rd level. Very good location, great staff. We were given an early check in which helped start our iceland vacation on a great start. We were able to rest, freshen up and get out sooner in the city after our overnight flight. Breakfast was very nice. They have nice lobby area snd a game reading area too, lovely stay . Will surely stay here next time we are in Rekjevik!

Bathroom is tight for a family of 4 or 5, but it is Europe!!

Friendly staff, good location - 10 min walk from the ctr - clean rooms, hearty bkfst and added bonus- fun game room w ping pong table and other family friendly games. Would stay there again and recommend it to any visitor.

Shower pressure/temp was good, the shower stall was a bit small.

Breakfast was high quality in a conventional sense. Room was quiet, beds excellent. Jacob at the front desk was friendly, responsive and very helpful with two special matters. I was happy to be able to walk to the second floor rather than ride in the small elevator. Flybus transfer to the airport excellent.
