the room was cold as the radiator didn´t work and couldn´t be fixed, we were offered another room but we had settled in and didn´t want to move.

The location is perfect right on a main strip however, we were right next to a club and the street noise was really loud till about 4 am. Not the hotels fault, but it was so clear it was like they were standing in the room. Also one other thing is the hotel is super hard to find. It is a door between stores and the door don't stand out at all!!

Self Check in was easy and we really liked just getting straight to our room. The room was perfect and clean. It had a lil kitchen that offered all you need to cook yourself a meal.

Noisy place. A bar with a live group just under the hotel keeps music on until 11 pm.

Location is perfect, in the heart of Reykjavík. Check-in was smooth.

Nowhere to hang your towels or put toiletries- I would recommend installing a few shelves and hooks in the bathroom. Friday and Saturday night was very noisy due to the great weather and party goers! Sep- check in and out a little impersonal..

Very centrally located. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants around. Absolutely fantastic shower and comfortable bed, good t.v channels, perfect temperature in the room and great coffee station.

We ordered a double room and got two single beds which was a shame. The housekeeper clearly realised we wanted a double room as on night 2 it was made up as a double bed which was such a lovely touch but it was still a shame they were two singles, not quite as romantic!

Great room for a great price, lovely coffee facilities. I liked the size, nice TV, bed comfortable.

Room with View facing the Bastard café was RIGHT over the live nightly music. Should note that in description. Staff was very flexible in offering to move us, which we ended up not needing because our late tour return was after 11 pm end of music set.

Location was very convenient! Provided email of good instructions and photos for check in, but better signage instructions once inside the lobby would be helpful as I saw other guests with same temporary questions. First time with self-serve check in. Communication with Staff was helpful, prompt and reasonably accomodating. Appreciated the kitchenette but didnt realize It would be included in this room. Very much appreciated complimentary luggage storage as we had late departure. Everything was clean.

The very bad smell in the bathroom from the sink & shower after they been using we had to our used bath towels over the plug holes to block the smell coming out

"Room with a view" is completely misleading, no view from window on room 319 except the back of the hotel and other people's windows. The room was quite warm without heating but the window did open, no issue with noise. Extra towels would be a nice touch since the rooms do not get attended to during the stay. No access to early check in or late check out.

Check in made simple by following instructions of email and text to access building and room. No waiting about in check in queues. Location very central and close to everything. Access to a locked cupboard to leave bags in if arrive early or leave late.

Hotel is on the side of a (really nice) music café/venue- Our room was not noisy though with the windows closed but it was warm enough even with the heat off so with the windows open the street is quite busy

The room was very small but it was sufficiently sized. We had a view of the back of a bar which wasn't lovely but it wasn't too loud, and we got to see the Northern Lights from our room!

Central location, conveniently located with plenty of dining and shopping options. The room was very comfortable and cosy. The shower was lovely too. There is also a terrace available on the fourth floor.

Room 423 sink tap hot cold wrong way, radiator needs bleeding only half hot, but resolved it by turning heater up.

In town centre, great location, rooms lovely, beds are comfortable, good shower.

Checkin process was a bit of a mess - didn’t receive checkin codes for the 2 rooms we booked. Had to email and call to get this, and then do the same again for the second room. Checkin was now good and we met other guests with the same issues. Not having staff on site didn’t work the day we arrived.

Really comfortable room. Very clean and cool design. Very centrally located.

The free parking is a little far away, but nothing bad. What I didn’t like was the cleaning lady opening our door without knocking first yelling at us that check out time was at 10 am, when everywhere here on booking says it’s at 11 am.

The location is perfect and the facilites are very modern and new.
