Beautiful property just a couple of minutes from the black sand beach. I stayed in the hostel part of the property, and it was perfect. Everything looks new and in great condition. Very large kitchen for multiple guests to prepare meals at the same time. Great beds, nice staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

the room with double beds in the dormitory was very nice but a little small for eight people.

Very nice structure, equipped with a well-equipped and welcoming kitchen. Perfect location to visit the famous black beach.

Great location. Short drive to Vik. Having food served and a bar on site was a definite plus. Staff is super friendly.

Rooms and showers were very clean. The kitchen was excellent, so many stuff was provided. The air conditioner in the dorm rooms was excellent. Staff was helpful. Aromatic waters provided at the entrance were great!

One of the stove in the kitchen did not work properly, the hot water in the kitchen took a very long time to heat up and there were no sharp knives and no paring knive.

Check in was easy. Great hot water in the showers. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Room got really hot and had to keep the window open.

Private room was basically a hotel room. Very nice and had a great view. Nice bathroom and shower in the room as well. Common space was cool, lots of seating by and more great views. Kitchen was huge and made it convenient to hang out and play cards. I was a little nervous with it being a hostel but ended up being one of the nicer places we stayed through out our two weeks.

The sitting area between the bar, reception, restaurant, and dorms did not work so well. It would have been nice with a more relaxed area. It would also take some load of the kitchen area. Though the place seemed almost new, some things were already starting to wear down - pour materials for e.g., doors and trim had started to swell.

Well functioning kitchen and dining area with a wonderful view over the beach. The double bed in a four-bed dormitory worked better than expected.

Not enough space to leave our backpacks. We went in May, I cannot imagine this in winter time. Also, there were a large group of very rude, loud asian young adults. I understand its a hostel but it was too much.

The heater in the room was too high. We woke up suffocated in the middle of the night at 3 and went out in the living room to sleep on the couch. And end up ch3ckout early at 6am

The bathroom is a bit cold because it's separate from the room and therefore is without a heater. But, generally, It's not too bad.

The view of this suite is nice! The room is modern and all the equipment, including the kitchen and bathroom, is very new and clean! The room space is large, feel so relaxed staying here.

The Barn has been the best hostal we have been- reason: the vibe. Quite some guests, from all ages, also young and the bar ensures there is people in the common area chilling, gaming and interacting with each other. I would strongly recommend it.

The rooms were a little smart to keep our luggage properly. I felt if only we could have some place to open our bags and a little bit of more light in the room.

The property felt very clean, staff very helpful. I found the beds were soft n comfortable. The kitchen had lot of equipment’s and crockery n cutlery with the glass window. There were lot of wash basins, toilets and shower area so no waiting.
