Staff went out of their way to accommodate needs that cropped up, really helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault them. The toiletries in the shower room even smelled fantastic. Stay here!

Room was small, it was fine for a couple of nights but very cosy.

We were on the top floor and had lovely views. Great location, right in the centre of Reykjavik and an easy walk to all the main areas.

The showers can't be closed completely so you will help rinse the floor every time. Small annoyance. The blanket that I had was in fact two one person blankets on a queen size bed, which I didn't love; I like to have room under my blanket. Also a small annoyance!

Very friendly staff, in a wonderful location that gives you access to the city life, both during the day and the night! Bus stops are near, and you can eat on site.

Loved this hotel, a little gem right in the centre Decor was lovely, location was perfect, I walked to everything fairly easily and quickly I went alone (36 year old woman) and felt really safe there, to use the lift to get up to the rooms you had to use the key card I was upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a lovely surprise, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the bed was super comfy Lovely power shower and bathroom Loved the coffee machine but no milk in the rooms so kept adding reception which they happily gave me fresh milk daily I would definitely return to this hotel, thoroughly enjoyed my stay here

The breakfast is only à la carte and there was only one person serving breakfast and doing the reception, so it was quite slow. The rooms and the bathroom could be a bit bigger, they would be more confortable.

The hotel was really nice and in the city center. The rooms are well sound-proofed so we had a good night of sleep.

Just a minor suggestion, more lighting in the room and selection of teas and coffee (what was there was high quality).

Very nicely presented, very clean and comfortable, really good shower and bed, lot's of sockets. The hotel décor was very stylish, relaxing and attractive. Staff were very friendly, helpful and available. We visited the bar for drinks and found it a lovely experience, we appreciated the service and extra touch of olives. Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Great view of the sea and snow capped mountains from our balcony room.

Would have been nice to have breakfast included - had pricing been a little more reasonable, I would have booked another room for my 2 adult kids. Would have been nice for front desk person to give some tips on what to see/take advantage of near by.
