Nestled amongst organic vineyards, surrounded by hills and distant mountains, this is the perfect rustic getaway from the hustle and bustle of urban life. The property also boasts gorgeous views of the Segesta and it is a half an hour hike from the property.”

It was thoughtfully planned with a great view over the valley, church and houses, as it on the edge of the town. Their recommended Pizzeria del'Orso was close and we enjoyed one of the very best pizzas we have ever eaten. Gusti with artichokes was sublime. Parking was easy to find just outside their apartment. It is easy to access the temples of Segesta and Selinunte from here, both which we recommend. A big thank you. Mille Grazie.”
“Helimos was an authentic Italian B&B, in an amazing location, with a view across the valley to the hugely impressive Segesta temple. It was the perfect location as a launching point to visit both the Temple and the Greek theatre and acropolis areas. We really enjoyed the traditional breakfast supplied by Antonia and would strongly recommend her B&B to others.”
“It's a family run business .. the place was clean , wide and has lots of extra comfort laundry facilities iron & board and a full sliding mochito net at the window that is a must to have ..really appreciated it . If you want to change air without any flying things enter into your room..As well was supplied shampoo ,a bottle of water and something to eat on the table for breakfast.. you can park your car just outside the property or few meters away ..the place is safe anytime. .. both the host Valeria and Giuseppe been helpful and happy to help us to any requirements...we visit : Erice , Trapani, Segesta, Monreale, Palermo , Scopello, Castellamare del Golfo ,part of the Zingaro reserve ...and others places around Calatafimi based from there... just on the way there is a supermarket , petrol station and bars ... we had a good holiday .....I will miss this place...Thanks to Valeria & Giuseppe...”
