It can be noisy outside at night, but they give free earplugs. It is probably unavoidable if you want to stay in the center. It was not really a problem for me though.

Nice staff and common area. Room was clean and instead of a bunkbed which I expected, we got normal beds which was nice. And they were comfy. It is well located in the center and next to a train station if you are coming from the airport. It feels like the owners put a lot of love in the place. You can also tell by the decorations. Good vibe and fair prices.

The pillow was a bit soft for me so I added my jumper for more support, but the sheets and duvet were perfect so I still slept very well

Tomas on reception was super helpful and friendly..and he is also very funny! The hostel was very very clean, like every corner! Which is something that is important for me. The shower was one of the best showers I have had - lots of water and the temperature was nice and warm. Very central location, perfect if you want to discover the city by foot - which might be the best option to get around as the buses don't always show up :D

Avoid this hostel (or at least the room I was in) if you are a light sleeper. The traffic outside is LOUD (drivers really like to use their horn a lot) and the windows are quite thin. If you use earplugs it should be ok for most people though.

This hostel is the perfect place if you are travelling alone and want to meet lots of new people. There are lots of music instruments to pick up and jam together. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful if you have any question. This is some real authentic hospitality! Rooms and amenities are clean and everything is in good working order.

My room was having only a single window that was opening to the very very loud street [like I never have problem waking up from the noise but this room was truly loud. You definitely need earplugs]. At night, the loud noise of motorbikes and drunk people was intolerable. The window was not isolating well and did not reduce the noise that much.

There wasn't issue for us because there wasn't our first time in Palermo and we know what to expect but if you don't like noises from street grab earplugs or something like that and don't write complaints because in a lot of accomodations you can hear noises from street :)

The staff was very friendly, funny and helpful. They let me after check out when I come back after marathon running go to the shower and use other facilities. They helped with every little thing when we stay there and allways we feel really welcomed. The kitchen has a lot of equipment to make food by yourselves. The common rooms are very big and comfortable. Also there's nice terrace/balcony where you can sit and eat. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, in the shower you can find shampoo.
