The location is perfect, opposite the main gondola and a short walk into town and to all of the best restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, had an incredible spa and was probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!

United StatesThe pillows were far thinner than we are used to - even if you asked for extra's it was a tad uncomfortable for what is otherwise a fabulous place to stay.
The property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and the staff is absolutely incredible. We were treated so kindly and would absolutely stay here again. On top of that, the breakfast is SOOO good. We'd recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Dolomites in the winter or summer, and would also note that the town it's in is also a great choice! Perfect stay :)

IsraelThe only small thing that was missing was air conditioning in the room, we stayed during a very hot August. We opened the windows but it was a bit noisy from the road.
It must be the best hotel we ever stayed at! the service is so warm and welcoming, from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel until we left, the hotel staff were there with a smile, ready to help us, or just chat with us about our day or give advices. The hotel have a warm pool, jacuzzi and spa area which was perfect after a hot day of hiking. The pool area was always clean and had water and tea refreshments. Our room was big, with very comfortable bed, 2 blankets, Smart Tv, refrigerator, a small living room and a big bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The room was cleaned multiple times during the day. The breakfast had good selection of both healthy and yummy food, with great cappuccino! To summarize, we had a great time and will definitely come back :)

A true gem of a hotel in Selva di Val Gardena with an excellent location accross the Cimpanoi lift, a very soothing and pleasant vibe, beautifully decorated, very clean and with an incredible spa area offering a pool, whirlpool and saunas that you should absolutely not miss during your stay. Breakfast was plentiful, with a very wide array of options for all tastes. But the true value of the hotel is definitely the people. Angelo, Sergio and Susy (met them in this order) are the epitome of hospitality, politeness, kindness and customer care. Almost too nice to be true 🙂. We interacted more with Angelo & Sergio and they are really top notch in everything they do.Thank you all for running/sraffing such a wonderful place and welcoming all your guests as VIPs
