Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyUnfortunately, the weather was quite cold and the air conditioner in my room was not warming the room enough, so it was a bit cold. But they did everything to fix it up.
The location, the design of the guest house and the quitness was perfect. The staff was very friendly also helpfull! The room was quite nice. Also there was a bar to serve you (you should pay of course) and also free tea/coffee station that you can enjoy during your stay.

The place is very comfortable, there are 2 big couches in the common area, drinks and a lot of books to read. The apartment is located in the Parioli neighbourhood, the richest in Rome, very central, close to the train station and Via del Corso.

Ada home was so comfortable and an amazing sanctuary to come home to in the evenings after spending the day exploring Rome. Comfortable big beds, nice bathrooms, spacious, quiet, and very clean. They cleaned the rooms so fast and did an amazing job. The breakfast was amazing and had so much variety. Our hostess Ekaterina was a great cook and made communicating very easy. We would absolutely stay here again!
