It was tough carrying the suitcases up the stairs to the building & then again up the stairs to the apartment itself! Fortunately we read some reviews before booking & downsized our suitcases & left one in our car in La Spezia, otherwise it would have been tough for me.

Location & the view was great from our balcony, however, the place was a bit hard to find. The bathroom is super spacious! The stay was comfy. The bedroom was pretty basic.

The steps to get to the room. They’re tolerable though especially considering the amazing view you get. We paid $10 each for portage to get our large suitcases up to the room(worth it) but were able to bring all our luggage down ourselves manageably.

Breathtaking view of Vernazza from the property and a great balcony to enjoy the view with your morning coffee or afternoon drinks at. The host Paolo is a great guy, who is super helpful and was very responsive to our questions. Paolo also has a great gelato shop just down the stairs(some of the best gelato I had during a 2 week stay in Italy where I got gelato constantly).The actual room is spacious, clean, and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again.

This was the most amazing location in Vernazza. We had the Benedetto room and it had a small balcony overlooking the harbour. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a downside to having a room with spectacular views and that means a zillion steps to get there. We had extraordinarily big and heavy suitcases and I cannot believe, or thank, Paolo enough for carrying them up the 8ish flights of stairs. He just popped the 28kg suitcase oh his shoulder and humped it up the stairs. Absolute legend. Suggest if you can, secure your cases in a locker somewhere and only bring an overnight bag for the Vernazza leg if you are travelling for a long time trip and have large suitcases. You can organise a porter to jump your suitcases for you for 19 euro a bag. Which is well worth the money. Don’t miss having sunset drinks at the bar on the deck next door.

The space was quite tight. It would be best for one person, rather than two, but it worked. It is also quite scuffed up. Would be nice to see a fresh coat of paint.

Paolo was super nice and great with communication. The place was just what we needed.

Paulo was a great host. He carried our heavy suitcase up the (many) steps, and helped out when a train strike meant we had to stay an extra night (no hardship in Vernazza!). The view from the room was unbelievable. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the plaza and the harbour below. A great stay all round.

Getting the luggage to the apartment can be a little cumbersome but it's so worth it after you get there and open the windows.

We loved our stay at this apartment. It is a renovated apartment with a beautiful bathroom, working internet and AC and of course the view! You just don't get tired of the beautiful view. It has a small balcony with a couple of chairs so you can sit and enjoy it.

Stairs are tedious but worth it.

Room was clean and comfortable. We were a group of 3 and there was enough room for a couple of nights together. The balcony is small but really nice to have. Great views. Good location in town. There are a lot of stairs to go up and down but in return there are the nice views. Bathroom was large and clean. No issues.

Great communication from the host. Met him at his gelato shop in town and took us to the room. Probably wouldn't have found it, the town is a maze of little alley ways. He kindly helped with the cases and leapt up the steps (there were a lot in the walkways of the town) like a mountain goat! Wifi was good and room very clean. Air conditioning was very welcome. Gelato from hisshop was amazing too.

The only issue we had was the shower was clogged in the drain with hair which we needed to clear so the water would drain properly. Apart from that it was great!

The apartment was very clean. The host was lovely and helped us with our luggage up all the stairs you can expect in Vernazza. He explained everything to us as well sending us links to useful information about Cinque Terre. The location could not have been any better! It was beautiful! They host allowed us to store our luggage in his shop after checking out as our train did not arrive until later.

There was no room service and the owner gave us less than 2 rolls of toilet papers for 2 people for three night stay!?! At the end we don't have any to use. Also, the note in the room said that they give us 2 coffee pods a day. We stayed for 3 days but we saw only 3 pods, not 6!

The location is very nice, but be aware that it takes 110 steps from the street level to the room. The view is amazing though.
