Location of apartment given by booking.com was not correct and struggled to find it as no description was given, check in was also difficult as you needed to know the exact time

The address on the Booking form is misleading. We had a very frustrating time trying to find the room and the address we were finally told to use was completely different, however, we did find it finally. The host, Mauro I believe was his name, met us there. He was very nice to deal with, and was friendly. Also, there are no close by restaurants. Parking is on-site but can be a challenge finding a spot to park in.

The room was a good size, as was the bathroom, which was outside of the room itself. The kitchen facility was nice. Overall, the room was good, although the building is old.

It was difficult to find the building if the guest is not Italian, no additional information or instructions provided for guests to arrive. The hotel is located 25 minutes walk from the train station, buses are poor in the area.

A comfortable room with its own bathroom, with a comfortable bed, the owner provided everything necessary for the traveler's rest.

The bathroom is not ensuite so you have to leave the bedroom to access it. There is another room in the property but it has its own ensuite bathroom. The two rooms would be ideal for a family or two couples given the shared kitchen.

The property is in a pleasant residential location away from the main center. I needed to be near hospital so was ideal for this. Really nice large bed and everything you need for a short stay. I had breakfast at a lovely little local cafe nearby.

The window was onto the street at a low height - I did not feel comfortable to leave it open all night and because we closed it, it was a bit stuffy. We kept it open whenever we could.

Location was fine, a good 20 min walk from station and to city centre. The room was very comfortable, clean and a good size. The bathroom on the balcony was great too. The host was quick to respond.

Good location, 15 minutes from the central station by bus. A very good supermarket 200m from the apartment.

- the location is quite far from the city center if you don't have a car - there is only a "top head" of the shower so it is difficult to have a proper shower without getting your hair wet.

- good communication with the owner, he let us use the apartment for luggage storage on the first day before official check-in which was very helpful for us. - the apartment is shared, but the room has a private bathroom across the hall which you can lock. During our stay, we were alone in the whole apartment so also the fully equipped kitchen was only for us. - there is a supermarket, bus station, and several restaurants nearby, just be careful of their opening hours, as most of them were closed every time we tried to go there. The buses go only until around 8 pm, otherwise, it is around 30 min walk from the city center.

The attitude of the owner is extremely rude and we were coming down all the way from Venezia and he did not even wait one minute and I truly was disappointed with his attitude I've never stay with his apartment

Its not very clear that you have to go from one room to the other room to go to the toilet/shower. Its very uncomfortable that the bathroom is not close or in the room. Specially because the “house” is shared with other guests. Also it was not mentioned or told that everyday someone would “clean the room” which was nice but also weird that when we came back we got the surprise that someone had entered the room.

Far from city centre, no air conditioner, toilet in the balcony, no shampoo or something. Also there are windows but they are in the toilet/balcony, so it is impossible to open them. Small room.
