Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MaltaEverything was amazing :) The hosts were really kind and helpful. It was around 10min walk to the center , the place has bicycles available to take for free so you could just cycle down to the center. Bus station to go to trapani city is only 5minutes walk. Room was very modern , bed comfortable , shower was amazing , very clean. Breakfast was ok also , very good cappucino :)

United KingdomPerfect hotel in a great location with extremely kind and attentive staff! We were given lots of information about nearby beaches, towns and excursions. The breakfasts each morning were delicious which was an added bonus! The hotel also lets you use free bikes which is great for a hot day! The location of the hotel is great only a 10 minute walk into town down one road. In terms of parking it’s really easy, we stayed for a week and parked 5 minutes down the road in a secure spot for around 50 euro for 7 nights - we got a discount for staying with Sirius! We will definitely be back, definitely the best place to stay in San Vito!

New ZealandImmaculately clean, modern and airy. Breakfast varied every day with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, cereal, pastries, and even catered for us being gluten free. The use of free bikes was great as is a 10 minute walk to the centre and another 10 to the free beaches. Our charming hosts did not speak English but we managed any communication. We just loved our stay there.

United KingdomThe place has great potential, but the lack of customer service and kindness/welcoming attitude from the hosts the experience becomes barely pleasant. The staff barely smiled once, and they replied to questions / requests always with a negative attitude, with short answers and no explanation or alternatives. When we arrived well after the check-in time, the room was provided without towels or bedsheets, we understood they had a problem, and issues could happen, but they didn't even apologise for the inconvenience. They didn't even provide a small bottle of water as a welcome package (with 32°C outside). Breakfast is really basic. To be Sicily you'd expect some tipical product, and maybe fresh (really freshly squeezed and not the bittle from the store) juices like pomegranate and orange. The cleanliness could also have been better. When you have to checkout at 10am, bear in mind they don't have a proper storage for your luggage (which is now the private kitchen) and they were not so keen to even do it. When we asked if we could use the public toilet before leaving for the airport, she didn't let us because she said someone had a shower and so it was dirty, so NO. I strongly suggest you to review your customer service skills and it could be a much better experience.
Good size of the room, freshly refurbished, nice decor. Bikes provided. Easy check-in..
