I had a wonderful stay at AGH Babuino in Rome. Everything was great – the rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the concierge service was excellent. They were professional, friendly, and even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Rome.

A gem and a must stay! I wanted to book again but they were full!!

This place is truly exceptional! I misread and arrived after checkout. They give me a code to enter in the room. The staff was exceptional. They sat down with me to plan an intenerary for the day for over a half hour! They patiently answered all my questions! They then let me keep my luggage for free for 5 days!!!

We would like to come back next month, but we couldn't!

The location was brilliant. The host was excellent. The accommodation and rooms were beautiful. I would highly recommend AGH Babuino and I am so pleased we found this place. The view from our room was amazing: we could see trees and a beautiful wisteria plant.

They don't serve breakfast!

The property is located five minute walk from the Spanish stairs. The staff is very very nice. We had an excellent stay there. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The aicronditionig was amazing! We reserved the suite's room that has two connecting room and a big wardrobe! We appreciate the wardrobe because we had many luggages.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location central Rome, fantastic room clean and stylish. We loved the turquoise armchairs and headboards. The bathroom was very big and with a beautiful window on Babuino street.

No reception or staff service after 4pm. However they have a number for you to call if there is any issue.

Our stay at AGH Babuino was almost perfect. As a couple traveling from Asia to Italy, we truly felt the warm hospitality that defines this wonderful place. We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Nicola, whose amazing warmth immediately made us feel welcome. Another major plus was the location; AGH Babuino is conveniently situated near all the major tourist areas. We were able to walk everywhere and didn’t even need to take a taxi throughout our trip.

The location and room size are perfect! The room is spacious like a 1 bedroom apartment. You are literally on the shopping street and just about 10 to 15 mins walk to all the attractions. There are lots of good restaurants around this area. Bed is very comfortable with new mattress. Overall, we enjoyed the stay at AGH Babuino.

Nothing, we will come back!

This location is superb, is stone throw to Spanish Steps and many shopping streets. Walking distance to Trevi fountain too, also near metro which is also very convenient. Many good restaurants for dinner. Hotel room is spacious for couple, very clean and well equipped. Love the apartment alot and highly recommend to stay. Also, staff helped with car arrangement to airport and make sure we were well taken care of.

Next time we are going to reserve all the 3 rooms of AGH Babuino

Centrally located, manageable walk from Spagna Termini even with luggage. The room was a good size for the area and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The room has a big wardrobe and very nice living room. The bedroom was around 30 mq, king size.

Nothing, everything was amazing

Easily accessible by metro, major attractions walkable, easy via taxi (in the morning) or metro (all within 30 minutes - Vatican 15 by metro, Panthean 20 min walk, Spanish Steps 3 min walk, etc.). Great communication from hosts. Hosts were very helpful with any question as well and coordinating airport rides for return.

AGH Babuino was a big wonderful surprise. Location, the best. Although google says, 5 min from Spanish steps, it is even less, like 2 min. You go on the left and you are seconds from the most wonderful boutiques and coffee shops and all the action. Our room, number B101 has big and tastefully decorated, with a wonderful bathroom and walk in shower. Easy fast and efficient check in, even if the personnel is not there.

We stayed only 2 nights and we would like to stay 2 nights more!

The accommodation was close to transport, although we were able to walk to many sites of interest. The staff were friendly and offered good advice. We find an amazing surprise: drinks and snacks for free inside the minibar. The instructions to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow.

Love the location and cleanliness of rooms. Gerals was exceptionally helpful to get us to plan our visit to see the Vatican. We had a wonderful stay again. 1st time staying here on our trips to Rome. Loved the room B101, we could see from our window Spanish Square on the left. Grazie e a prestissimo!!!!

Location, location, location! The elevator is very nice and modern, main entrance, quiet, & clean. The room was big size. The airconditioning was amazing! Also internet connection was very fast. AGH Babuino is locates in a safe area.

Supportive people to make you stay great with Gerald, who is super supportive and trying to make your stay even better. Room was very big and completely renovated. We found in the mini bar free drinks and snacks. We will come back as soon as possible!

We loved our stay. This place has a great location near the Spanish steps and loads of streets with good restaurants/nightlife very near by. The Junior Suite was very spacious with an exceptional bathroom and very comfortable bed. Highly recommend this stay.

We would like to stay one more night, but our room was already booked

Great location and excellent staff. Gerald was fantastic and very helpful. With the windows shut and the AC on you could not hear the street noise. The beds were comfortable and the space of the room and bathroom were adequate. All of the staff members we interacted with were friendly, kind, and helpful.
