You can not exactly understand where is the Hostel door but the staff of the restaurant bellow were helpful. It’s very quiet during the night. Beds are individual and separated

The staff were really nice they let us leave our luggage at the reception. We were there on a Saturday night so maybe that's the reason but there was a lot of noise at night from the outside. People were partying on the streets but we were so tired so we wanted to rest. The room smells moldy but in Venice I think it's perfectly normal. The room in not the cleanest but it was okay for us on a budget. The location was also really good

The shared bathroom wasn’t exceptionally taken care of, but it was still perfectly fine to use it for one night.

Amazing value for money: really great location, and it had everything you need. A kitchen, a terrace, and so on. My room was very clean, and the shared bathroom wasn’t as bad as other reviews describe it. And the man at the check-in was very friendly! All in all, for the price you pay, it’s a bargain, and I will definitely return.

Just a few : The price should be a little bit less. Very important kindly mention how to reach the location - by boat which we can get near the train station. I didn't knew this and I walked with heavy suitcase crossing so many bridges.

Hi, this property is in an excellent location near the boat station and marketplace. The host was a nice and welcoming person. This was my first hostel experience and I liked/loved it. The property is ancient and not maintained so well. You will get a vintage feeling, but they have the required facilities which is satisfying.

The Ai Boteri hostel is in a great location, but unfortunately, the facilities are quite outdated. Many of the showers don’t work, and the beds are old and in need of replacement. However, the staff is very friendly, especially the night receptionist, who was very kind and helpful. I made my reservation through Booking.com for the first night. For the second night, I paid directly at the reception, but the rate was more than 40% higher even after some negotiation. They told me that everything was fully booked, which left me little choice. It was a decent experience for a short stay in a pinch, but there is definitely room for improvement

I paid two days, for delays in the airport I arrived to the hotel October 9 morning instead of October 8 at 2:00 pm, I had to wait until 2:00 October 9 to check on not in the morning when I arrived, I ask booking com give the credit because I stayed one day only. Too dark, to noisy, no tv, no refrigerator, the kitchen dirty, insects bite me, pets are allowed, customer service no good, front door hard to open, smell humid

This is the worst backpacker I had so far, The blanket is dirty with smell. And it’s cold at night so left me no choice. The bathroom is even more worse. The flash is broken so people left shxx there all the time. Also the kitchen is very dirty and old. WiFi is not working at all. But it was the cheapest accommodation during the time I visit Venice, the staffs are nice, So I have no regret as I’m on budget.

The location is great, Surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Small supermarket min away. And water bus station is very close (No. 1 and 2) The building is super historic but need to maintain a bit.

Unfortunately the bathroom was a bit chaotic, the shower holder and the toilet cistern were unstable. And leaving windows open to the street at night was very noisy but there is air conditioning.

Nice room right under the roof (with beautiful exposed beams), terrace also nice and accessible for all guests. Location was also great.

the first 2 floors didn't smell clean (old water smell) there was no elevator. There was 0 water pressure so the toilet wouldn't flush everything properly and the shower was really really old with no pressure too. Also the bed, just a thin sheet but could have needed with a blanket. Also no certains it anything against mosquitos : no AC because no remote and you couldn't reach. It was better than the 5,6 reviewed but not more than I'd say a 6.3. Also very very acoustic.

Staff was friendly enough, responded quite quick. We had some trouble with shouting because apparently someone slept there without permission, they resolved it the next morning.

The room equipment looked like it was about to fall apart (and there was an issue with one bed falling apart a bit, but it got fixed by the staff, and it was safe for a child to sleep on it, cause the bed did not have to support much weight). We had an air conditioning in our room which was nice, but in the hall it was so hot that it felt pretty much hard to breathe. The room had only one small lamp that was working (out of 4 that were visible in the room).

Great location, clean sheets, I can recommend this facility for people that are on budget. It is enough when you’re planning a short stay and you’re not planning to spend much time at the hotel.

The bathrooms were shabby and the broken screen doors on the shower allowed water to pool on the floor. The other tenants were too lazy to mop up after themselves even though a mop was provided. The staff did their best to keep it dry but management really need to maintain better

No air conditioning so the room gets quite hot, fans help a bit. Minimal power plugs in the room - only found 2 for 4 beds in the room. The room is not locked/secured and is always open. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and had a bad smell, the toilet didn’t flush either. Doesn’t come with locks for the lockers in the room.

Excellent location, very central! Room is big and spacious. Fine for what I needed for a one night stay. Staff were friendly, there is a kitchen & terrace space too as well as a common room.

It was hot atmosphere and we were offered only 1 table fan among 4 people, upon too much request they gave us another one but still 2 fans for 4 people was inefficient and the AC was there but it was kept off.
