To the center of Ravelo, need to walk up stairs many stairs, a little difficult. Also to take the luggage to the room needs to walk up stairs

NOtHiNG, other than the above! How could anyone NOT love the views, the breakfast (best in 14 days, 7 of those on Uniworld cruise!), the art and tile work in our room and throughout, the helpfulness of our host and pleasantness of periphery staff, the delightful garden we would have enjoyed had we NOT been mis-directed by the ### tourist office. Would love to return here, but sadly feel, as it was our 2nd time in Ravello that we will not.

EVERYTHING except the Ravello Tourist Info’s oblivion of where this delightful place was! They directed us (on foot, each of us w/ rolling bag) to street, failing to know #23? was at the absolute end of 100’s of stone steps and curves, many w/o hand rails. walking down these w/ bags at our 66/73 years I’m grateful didn’t kill my husband! The sweet owner looked baffled when he greeted 2 bedraggled guests at his upper gate, pointing out the BUS STOP 1 short flight of stairs up from the street below his lower gate! A city bus runs from where Sorrento bus lets you off outside the main tunnel in to Ravello to dead end just at the base of his property appx. 2X/hour 1.50€/passenger. Even the 30€ we paid to return to this same spot by taxi after the bus had stopped running at 9 p.m. would have been worth NOT having to negotiate down from the upper city on foot w/bags and in the heat🙄.

Overall the stay was great.

Our host, Daniela, was knowledgeable and helpful with finding restaurants and giving directions. She was always willing to answer our questions. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of options.

Everything is great, but it is not in the very center of the place, but it is still worth it!

The place is really nice and beautiful with a really really good view!!! And the service is super great, we had a really good time there, and if I will go back, I will definitely go there again.

For us it was not a problem but to get to the city center you should climb staris and walk about 20 minutes.

A very nice B&B in Ravello, with a stunning view and a beautiful garden. The Host Daniela and her father ,who own the place, are very lovely and kind. They helped with everything we needed and recommended us good restaurants. The room is nice and comfortable with basic design that has a little balcony with great view. The breakfast was very tasty and with a wide variety. There is a free parking area near the B&B (depends on the availability). A good value for money B&B.

The property of Al Borgo Torello is absolutely stunning, with a backyard shaded by lemon trees overlooking the water. It was tidy, clean and most importantly, Daniela was extremely welcoming and resourceful. She assisted in getting us transport around Ravello and surrounding towns as well as booking dinner reservations. Thank you Daniela for an amazing stay.

I cannot fault this hotel. In fact, I hope to be back next year!

It was a perfect stay. My room was called Rose and it is the one with a balcony and an amazing view. Breakfast served in the garden is amazing. I loved this is a small hotel with very few rooms and you get to greet all the other guests. Daniela was phenomenal and helped me with everything I needed and made sure I was comfortable and I was enjoying my stay in Ravello. This hotel is in Torello, which is a short hike down from Ravello (about 12 minutes climbing down stairs, but there is a local mini bus you can take which stops right in front of the hotel).

Everything! Clean and great communication and advise on where to go to eat and where to park (had a camper and the streets were tight but got great parking recommendations). Breakfast vast, tasty and amazing, far best I’ve had during my apartment stays (travelling for 3months). Hot tub was also organised for me the morning before check out and breakfast moved early as I wasn’t able to use the first day (only stayed one night) due to rain so this was great, thank you. Views beautiful.

Of the many places we stayed at during 3 weeks in Italy across Sicily, Naples, and Sorrento, Al Borgo Torello was our absolute favorite. Incredible views and location in Ravello (the shuttle stop just outside the gate is so convenient!) comfortable rooms and great breakfast, but above all impeccable, warm, kind service from Daniela and her father throughout our stay. Daniela was so helpful to us even before we arrived, communicating on WhatsApp, helping us book taxis, and providing local food recommendations. When I had a minor medical incident late one night, Daniela and her father came personally to my room with a first aid kit to help ensure I was OK and take care of things. I would recommend Al Borgo Torello to anyone traveling to Ravello or Amalfi for a lovely stay with a personal touch.

Wonderfully hosted by father and daughter. Nothing they wouldn't do for you. Recommended great restaurants and served breakfast under a lemon tree with a view down the spectacular coast. Transport all arranged by them.

We had the best stay on our Italy trip with Daniela and her family! They were super nice and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the garden and the room is just gorgeous. We liked it so much that wanted to stay additional nights. The steps indeed are way too steep however the shuttle stops right in front of the B&B so the location was not an issue. We will be back for sure!
