The location is outstanding—just a few meters away from the opera house in Palermo, right in the heart of the city. Beneath the apartment, you’ll find a place serving delicious Roman-style pizza slices, and the surrounding area is full of restaurants and local spots to explore. Our host Antonio was very nice and helpful—he recommended lots of great places to visit, eat, and experience the local vibe, which really enhanced our stay. The room was comfortable and the setting perfect for enjoying everything Palermo has to offer. The only downside was the youth organization next door, which sometimes hosts live music events that can be quite loud and last until midnight. That said, the music itself was actually quite nice.

The only disadvantage was the room was a bit dark with the window facing the inner court. But we did not mind since we were out all day.

It is right behind the Teatro Massimo. The room & bathroom is super new & modern& clean. Bathroom was pretty big for Italy! Antonio is such a nice host!! So helpful … he was so understanding about check in and check out times. As an extra note; it is only 1 floor upstairs so convenient for seniors also!

Wonderful place! Everything is clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hosts do everything to make guests feel welcome. There’s a coffee machine, and the sauna is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Although we were four guests, the second bed wasn't made when we arrived so we had to do it ourselves. The heat pump didn't work very well due to the very high ceiling. Although there's a sauna, the host informed us when we arrived that there would be an extra cost for using it.

We have stayed there in January; the heating was from air conditioner and the rooms have tall ceilings so in cold days is necessary to turn on the heating before arriving.

We received a very warm welcome and the flat was great. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. And the terraces were great to hang out on as a group. The location is fantastic and very central. But there is also plenty of parking nearby. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the flat or the rooms to anyone and would book it again at any time! It was a great stay!

This is a new property so it is beautiful and very modern, and over time, with advice from travellers, and more experience from the host, I am positive this could be the ideal place. I missed not having extra pillows and even hangars for hanging clothes! We had 3 I believe - for two people over a whole week! And as I say above, not having more of a "kitchen" available to me with crockery and cutlery so that we could prepare food / meals if desired. And for us, it was very noisy. But on the whole it is a lovely place with a lovely host.

Very centrally located, but that comes at a cost with traffic noise! Saturday night was particularly bad with music, car horns, emergency vehicle sirens, etc! I should highlight that we ordinarily live in a small village in the countryside in England so this took some getting used to on our part but for many who already live in cities, this would not be anything out of the ordinary so don't let this put you off! We also travelled from an extremely well equipped appartment in Catania so we were somewhat disappointed with the facilities here - a shared fridge with other residents so there wasn't really the facilities to be able to make our own breakfast in our own appartment with just a kettle, 2 mugs and 2 wine glasses - so no bowls, cutlery, etc. But again, if you are not looking for a fully equipped appartment and are just happy to have a spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated and very modern bathroom and bedroom, then this would not cause you a problem and would be the perfect place! The host was very friendly but had broken English and he did not respond to my Whats App message about getting onto WiFi - again, when we compare this to our host in Catania, this was not as good.
