The A/C ran, but didn't cool the room. The heater in the bathroom couldn't be turned off.

hard to find the entrance and reception, and you have to take a 20-30 minutes of walk to the old town. But the passage was beautiful.

The breakfast was great and cappucino was delicious. The man helped me find the entrance, and he was really kind.

I would have liked to know about the police academy across the way and the loud announcements in the morning.

It has a restaurant and cafe on the property which was quite nice.

First we got bed with legs ON THE TILES and everytime you sit on the bed or try to turn while laying its squeak very loudly! We asked to change our room. The staff was understanding and changed quickly. The second room bed was better but still not good. Bed was uncomfortable, extremely soft mattress, its even seem that the mattress is broken or something. I slept on the ground on the carpets because its seemed better option. Also we were not happy about breakfast. There were more desserts than breakfast, no eggs

The accommodation was good, the staff very nice and helpful, but on Friday and Saturday nights there was noise from the restaurant located directly below the rooms.

Hotel is small and located 15-20 minutes' walk away from downtown. Hotel`s restaurant is cute, and staff is friendly. The room was appropriate and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with possibility to take one drink.

The music in the restaurant was a bit too loud.

The room was clean and a suitable size for one person. The restaurant's menu was varied and the pizza excellent. The staff was very friendly and the service was first class with little extras 🤩🤩🤩 Grazie mille, Molli. The breakfast was ok, although not very rich.

Bed was a little small but manageable

For the price it was excellent. The bed was a little small but we dealt with it. And yes there was music at the weekend but it’s people having a good time. We really enjoyed it. Bathroom and room very clean, breakfast great and staff lovely.

Nothing! For the price, exceptional.

Staff were really friendly and made sure we had an amazing night in the restaurant too. After a day travelling they made us feel very welcome. Check in was easy and the room was warm and cosy. I was worried I wouldn’t sleep well but we both slept like logs. They do a breakfast (we didn’t have this) but there are a few places nearby, all cheap. 15 minutes away at a steady pace to the funicular up to the upper city and around the same to the bus stops (airport/station). The neighbourhood is very pretty- the photo I have attached is from our window. We were overall blown away by value for money and the exceptional hospitality from your staff 😃!

For me the price is a bit overestimated for a single room with the quite middle standard but out of that all was good.

Very nice location, I would recommend it definitely as it's close to the old town and to the city center and it's nice, safe area.

Everything as described in the pictures, not far from the centre. Really liked the attached restaurant. Would stay again.
