The breakfast could have been more varied. It was the same every day. I suppose it's great for those staying only one night here, but for those staying longer, it's not the best.

We spent 4 nights in this accommodation which turned out to be a great starting point for many nearby locations in Bergamo (Lake Como, Milan, Città Alta...). It was clean, we got fresh towels every day, and it was comfortable. For those who enjoy walking, this is a great location to take a shortcut to the upper town, and it's just over a kilometer to the center of the new part of Bergamo. There are supermarkets, bike paths, and local cafes nearby.

Beds can be improved (not very comfy mattress).

Close to the city center, 15-20 min walk, close to the old city, 10 min to the funicular tram. Free parking on a near street, 3 min walking. Breakfast OK, not many options, but good. For the paid price is worth.

Wifi could be better.

The hotel is a little bit far away from the city center and central train-bus station, about 2 km, close to the old town (citta alta). From the aeroport you can use bus 1aeroport (ticket 3e/per person). Our flight was early in the morning so we missed the breakfast 😩. The staff was very kind. Good value.

The rooms were clean, people were a little bit noisy, but that is not the accomodation’s fault. They gave us welcome drinks. The hotel is close to the old city. Tge breakfast was also ok.

We got to the hotel late in the night. We were warmly welcomed by the staff with a glass of prosecco. The room is small and warm and you get everything you need for one night stay. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but it is in a quite neighborhood.

A kettle in the room would have been useful. The room was cold for the first couple of days and only had a thin duvet on the bed. However, once I asked for extra bedding I was comfortable.

Location of the hotel is not far from the city center. You can get there on foot, by bus or by bike. Bikes are right at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and the service of the hotel was very nice. He was making very good capuccino and Aperol Spritz drinks for us. I believe we will come back one day.

My room was in a different building to where I had breakfast and dinner. The bed was too soft for me.

I really enjoyed my week here mainly due to a member of staff called Molla. He does everything from check in to making cocktails and waiting on tables in the friendliest way and always with a big smile. This is basically a very comfortable bar and good restaurant with rooms. It's situated in a quiet area but with easy access to the centre. Thanks, Molla!

Nice breakfast, the air conditioning worked fine. The room was not big, but we stayed only for one night and it was a good choice for this night.

The noise coming from the Pizzeria at the ground floor, after midnight. Probably they closed at that hour. They generated horrible noise, dragging heavy tables/chairs on the tiles, for more than one hour. Again, after midnight!

Very clean room, on the first floor of the building. Balcony with view to the main street. Spacious bathroom. Daily room cleaning. Generous continental breakfast. Smart TV with access to YouTube/Netflix. Getting to Citta Alta is a 25 minutes steep walk or the same time taking the bus (bus station is in front of the hotel, just cross the street; you have to take C1B and change it with 1A in the downtown, close to Porta Nuova).

There was no trash tray in the room, only small one in the bathroom.

Room was excellent! Very quite at night. Very warm, also the floor heating was great. Administrator gave us welcome drinks at the check in, it was a lovely surprise. Also there is restaurant at the building, you can order from the room.

I was surprised how friendly service we received when we arrived at the hotel after a long tiring journey. The staff was cheerful and very helpful and we received welcome drink during check-in. The hotel also had an excellent restaurant downstairs where you could get tasty food at a good price.
