1. The bath room sink did not drain so I could not use. It was uncomfortable. 2. I stayed 2 nights but no house keeping. At least it would be better that they can empty the trash bin. 3. A lot of mosquitoes. I got mosquitos bite only in the hotel. There are many mosquito marks on the wall. 4. Shower room and shower hose is not that clean. 5. Refrigerator is not cool, same temperature.

It was close to airport bus terminal. I had to take early flight and it only takes 5mins walk from hotel.

Super small room and bathroom and i mean very small you cannt walk 2 people at the same time in the room. Very dirty all the walls were stained with blood from mosquitoes 🦟 and because they did not have any nets we opened the window to get some fresh air and we got like 30 mosquitoes in the room. No change of towels or sheets in 4 days stay not even someone to empty the bin. The whole place was a disgrace the first night we were looking for a flight back as we could not take it.

The position of the hotel was the only good thing otherwise nothing.

The air conditioner in the room was leaking. We also never saw the hotel staff.

The hotel was able to accommodate our unexpected flight issues, even though no refund was given they still saved our room.

- The room is not at all suitable for three people. There is no space in the wardrobe, because it is full of pillows and there were not enough hangers. - The bathroom is far too small and there is mould!!!!! - There were an incredible number of mosquitoes and no mosquito protection at all (e.g. a fly screen on the window or something for the socket). - Air conditioning drips and the whole floor was wet (provisionally a bucket is placed next to the bed, but it does not catch all the condensation). - The TV did not work. - It is incredibly noisy from the restaurant below and from the tourists (walking along with suitcases). There is no peace until 1 am. - The room does not look lovingly decorated as I think it is not continuously renovated. One has the impression that it is only rented for money, but not for having a good time. - It is said that the reception is staffed during the day, but we did not see anyone in the three days. - There was no cleaning under the bed. There was an incredible amount of dust. - When showering, the bathroom was flooded because the shower doors let water through.

- The location of the room is really outstanding, because it is both very central and close to the train station as well as the "harbour" to be able to take the boats. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby. - It was great that there were towels, shampoo and toilet paper. The towels were all clean and had no stains. - Communication was always flawless and fast. - It was great that there was a fridge in the room. - The WIFI worked well. - There was hot water at all times.

The room was dirty, there were clumps of dust under the bed and on the furniture and dead mosquito stains/blood all over the walls. The towels had disgusting stains. The air conditioning did not work, even though the listing claims to have full-service AC. Getting a hold of management was impossible, as they would not answer us or booking.com. The shower flooded the entire bathroom every time it was used and there was a mosquito infestation. Do not stay here unless you want an extra headache, mosquito bites on your entire body and face, and a free sauna from how warm the room would get. Avoid at all costs.

The air dryer doesn't want properly. You can dry your hair for 30 seconds until it stops working and you need to wait a few minutes until you can use it again.

The room was adequate, with no real features. A little noisy, could be cleaner in the corners. Expensive for what it was, having recently stayed in much more attractive and convenient accommodation for 30 euros more. You would not want to stay for long.

No TV reception - no channels. Was told it is not part of the service. Not a big deal in this wonderful city as we were out most of the time, but just wanted to relax with TV at the end of the day. Shower head was slimy and scattering water.

Aircon was a bit noisy and a previous guest set the alarm on the tv to come on 1:30AM, now this is no fault of the residence just an annoying human.

Great location in Venice and the directions to get to the room was spot on. Bed was comfortable and there was ample pillows, exactly what I like.
