Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI won't say i didnt like it. I'll just give a suggestion about taking away the red carpet on the hallway, which I am pretty sure is covering a beautiful floor underneath. (We loved the floor in the bedroom).
I am traveling with my 14 years old daughter.and we both believe the hostest is nice.and helpful. The location is great!!! Easy access and walking distance to enjoy the sunset by the sea and so much more (restaurants, aquarium, the 4 moros statue). I wish we had more time to spend here. I wont hesitate to stay here again. Breakfast is not a deal breaker for us, since we enjoy to try the local food wherever we go anyway. However, we had breskfast here and ot was ok. I will call it a Continental breakfast. The hostest even offered to make the coffee for us (nice). Actually, we were kinda concerned about staying here, because some of the reviews, but I think it was fine for us. Plus its nice to enjoy the locals. We loved Livorno and we really would like to come back.

PolandThe host provided us with all the information we needed. He helped us find parking and gave us instructions about everything. The location is near the harbor, just a few minutes' walk, and close to the main city's attractions. While the room hadn't seen a renovation for many years, it was in good condition and clean. I don't think that this hotel is the best solution for a long stay, but for the short term, it is very good.

PolandIt would have been nice to have a few more options for breakfast, but there was enough to fuel us up for the ferry ride.
Location-- it was easy to explore Livorno, and easy to get to the ferry.
