Nice sized simple room, the bed was very comfortable. The host was very helpful and eager to please. A decent Italian style breakfast. The location is walkable to town, though not ultra close. Very clean.

Interfold toilet paper. On north side of town, away from restaurants, bars and shops. Thin pillow. Asked to check in on line in advance (which I did), but then asked to show passport again when I arrived. Room was clean, but walls badly marked, needs a fresh coat of paint.

As the Via Francigena gets more traffic - I would hope that accommodation providers would consider more laundry facilities.

Convenient location close to the Via Francigena as you enter the city. Room was a great size. Amenities were good. Great shower pressure. Great to have a lift so as not to lug the suitcases!

Probably just lost in translation, I asked for breakfast at 7am there was no one there I had a long day walking ahead so I left at 7.15 and got breakfast in the village

No water kettle in room, location is not very central. There were almost no restaurants nearby. There was nobody at the reception when we arrived. Check-in was at 2pm but hoet showed up about half an hour later.

Spacious room with balcony, looked recently renovated. Host provided us with hot water for tea at night.

We arrived in Vetralla and saw a large sign on a building indicating Albergo da Benedetta. After several attempts to gain access we went to the tourist office. Eventually we were told that hotel part was in different part of the town. We found it eventually. The restaurant was closed the night we were there but had an excellent dinner at La Lanterna. The location needs to be made much more clear.

Although the location was a little way out of town, it was in a quiet residential area. It did not take long to walk to the main area in the town. The room was clean, bright and well equipped with full size soap and shampoo dispensers rather than minuscule bars of soap. Friendly and helpful proprietor.

The gheko on the ceiling all night prevented decent sleep as it was not a paying guest.

Staff seemed indifferent to us … not rude, just disinterested. The place lacked any character, charm or soul. It was like a budget hotel … clean, but uninteresting. Location was not especially convenient to the center of town. We’ve stayed in worse places. This was unremarkable. It’s an okay place to stay in a pinch, but next time I would choose someplace else.

Clean and tidy … good facilities … comfortable bed and good shower. Room had a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard. Decent breakfast for an additional charge.
