This was pretty simple but super, exceptionally clean, staff were super friendly, the food/restaurant was great with local Italian dishes. We had a nice view on the lake from our room (it's a 15 minutes drive to the lake), I did some trail running in the environment, there are hiking paths but not very well indicated. We were happy that there weren't televisions in the room as the walls between the rooms are not very sound proof, so we could enjoy a tranquil evening and night. Very good value, we left 2 tips which we don't often do. We'll be back some time.

Everything was good, room reasonably sized, but outdated but that’s not the point. For this price you are getting a bargain.

Location was superb. View was the best of our whole trip. For the price it’s hard to beat!! Super nice small village vibe and great breakfast for super cheap. Would stay there again, shame we stayed just one night. Staff was super nice and accommodating.

The wifi wasn't working when we arrived but they quickly fixed it. So it worked great after that.

Beautiful little hotel on the cliff above Como lake. Great view on the lake from our room window. Good restaurant downstairs w nice food at affordable prices. Great walks on mountain trails from the hotel.

Getting there is a challenge, so you do need a driver who is comfortable with steep hairpins and narrow streets.

Amazing views, great bed, lovely food, all basic yet comfortable, funny donkey next door to keep you entertained, double glazing, definitely considering coming back

What I loved most was how welcoming the staff was there and their food. The room was also very clean and had a nice view. There is a bus near the hotel but by car it's a 5 min drive so not a big deal.

Garzeno is very beautiful and the montains and the lake como view is amazing. Me and my girlfriend booked half pension and were not disappointed. The food was very good and well served. The staff was very nice and a this is place to revisit soon.

Very friendly atmosphere, the staff was welcoming and helpful. It was a perfect location close to Lake Como. We had a very clean room, with a nice little balcony and view over the lake from the mountains. We really enjoyed our staying.

The fan was nice and strong and window kept the breeze cool but just no AC, other than that everything was truly great!

The view is amazing and breakfast was absolutely sublime for 7€! I am vegan and the kind lady went over and above to bring me lots of fruit and plant-based options for breakfast. We liked the 8-10 minute drive up and down from the main town at the lake as it was so beautiful, but be careful of all the switchbacks.

It's located in a somewhat secluded village at the top of the mountains. While this isn't necessarily a problem—in fact, it could be seen as an advantage—the road leading there is narrow and quite winding. Be careful when driving up.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was the place in Italy where we encountered the kindest people. I felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-organized. The attached restaurant served an exceptional dinner at night, with pizzas prepared and baked in a wood-fired oven in view of everyone. The breakfast was fair. But the view from the rooms—absolutely priceless. Despite being at the top of the mountain with no cell signal, the WiFi worked well, and I was even able to work remotely and have online meetings.
