Perfect location, adorable hotel, beautiful terrace, the nicest staff. I already want to return!!

Literally the only complaint was the hair dryer wasn’t mounted to the wall so it was very awkward trying to dry my hair with the wall holster hanging from the cord.

we were pleased with our stay. the staff was helpful and pleasant, breakfast was very good and there terraces out back were amazing.

Had to switch rooms. Initially had one facing a wall so was a cave though a good size.

Location excellent. Close to train station, restaurants and shops. Room really clean. Terrace view fantastic. Breakfast has more than the basic continental options and delicious.

Noisy - the walls are so thin between rooms. We didn’t sleep well the 3 nights we were there as the bed was so uncomfortable, like sleeping on cardboard on the floor.

Location is fantastic and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cinque Terre is so crowded that it is horrible. Too crowded to walk. It has been ruined by instagram. Restaurants not customer friendly. A restaurant had a no sharing policy. Each person had to order an entree. Couldn't share a pizza. Who eats a whole pizza? Wait a few years if you want to go. Maybe the crowds will lessen or go October through April. We were there in September.

Rooms were very old. 1st floor room infront of the stairs is the worst. Pictures online are deceiving. Bathroom not suitable for someone over 6 foot.

The walls are thin. We woke up from someone else’s alarm! But the worst part was the air conditioner. It was so loud that we had to raise our voices during conversation in the room to be heard. I had read previous reviews about this and we took earplugs but unfortunately earplugs were not match for the air conditioner (this air conditioner may have been a jet engine in a previous life).

The garden view was as lovely as expected. Staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast selection was good and overall the breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we had of any hotel we stayed at during this trip.

The room was stifling hot upon entry and the AC unit took many hours to cool the room down. One half of the 2 small mattresses put together was sunken and too worn down—it should be replaced. Too many bright LED lights shining in room when dark. Shower could use a deeper cleaning.

Simonetta was wonderful in communications. The location was helpful during our trip.

Bed and pillows not comfortable. Bathroom fan extremely loud. Room was equipped with partial roll of toilet paper and no spare. Had to ask! Balcony was nice but no "partial view of ocean".

The place was very pretty, very clean, good breakfast (except eggs were cold), nice staff.

The price-quality ratio of the hotel was terrible. The staff member who received us on the afternoon of June 13th was unfriendly and unhelpful (unlike the staff member on the morning of June 14th). The room showed signs of deterioration, and the cleanliness was inadequate (hair in the bathroom). The shampoo and soap provided were barely enough for one person. The Wi-Fi was of very poor quality.

Room was not worth almost $200 per night. Small room with soft bed. Beautiful garden was unusable due to infestation of flies.
