The bed was a bit too hard for my preference, otherwise great place to stay.

The staff at the front desk was really helpful with any questions I had. I travelled from Switzerland to Florence and it was a perfect hotel to split the drive up.

The AC is not controllable by the guests. I thought I set the temperature but the AC was still showing the same. We were told we had to call the reception to set the temperature which is ridiculous.

Everything was perfect. The room was really clean, really big and really comfortable. The parking which is just outside the room was really nice as we had our car nearby. The breakfast had everything you would need for a breakfast so we were really satisfied.

The hotel does not make a good first impression, it is full of carpets in the hallways and next to the reception, which all looked dirty upon our arrival. It stank of sewage on our balcony. The WiFi reception was not very steady. Breakfast was rather horrible. I had a couple of boiled eggs, and felt awful afterwards (I suspect they were not fresh). My husband had similar symptoms. Most of the food was prepacked, the juices were from a concentrate, not fresh. At 9:00 when we arrived for breakfast, they ran out of Lactose-free milk. The whole buffet looked more empty than anything else, and that 1.5 hours before breakfast finished. There were no vegetables for breakfast, just tiny bowls of fruit salad which did not look fresh, either.

Close to the freeway, late check-in, the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, it was lovely to have a sitting area outside in the evening and enjoy a drink or two. The water pressure in the shower was great, it was lovely to have toiletries provided. The bar downstairs had a good selection of drinks and the barmaid was very nice as well.

very close to the highway on the way to our vacation destination or way home good for a overnight stay over clean rooms, airco, very nice breakfast, very nice team. 3rd time stay this summer and we will be back on our way next year

We have stayed here a few times and on every occasion the stay has been enjoyable and the food good. All members of staff have been exceptionally helpfull. As we are enroute to our holiday when we stay the proximity to the motorway could not be better.

Great that the hotel had two EV charging points, but they were not linked to a widely used platform (such as Enel-X) and required a downloading an app to use.

An evening walk would have been nice, but it was in an industrial area

location was brilliant. Easy to find, just off the motorway, ideal for the overnight transit stop. Rooms were motel style with cars parked outside each room, easy for unloading etc. The rooms were incredibly large and well furnished with ample PowerPoints and mirrors etc. Our evening meal was one of the best we had eaten. Their chef was excellent! Breakfast as expected with a buffet.
